John was on time and had a quote to me within hours, just as he said he would. Work began almost immediately, and John's employees (no joke) were top-notch construction professionals. Their work was impeccable, and his crew always made my wife feel comfortable around them, which I appreciated greatly. We will definitely be calling Reliable Construction from now on! Our outside windows and gutter look great, John. Thanks again!

Because I live out of state, it was even more challenging to find contractors to replace my flooring and repair the walls that were ruined by the water. I reached out on Yelp and Rafael responded quickly and called me to discuss the issues. He was able to get me an estimate in a couple of days and, when we agreed on the scope, was able to get started quickly. Although I haven't seen the work in person, my tenant said that all looks good. When I see for myself in a couple weeks, I have no doubt that my expectations will be exceeded. The best part is that I was told that the work would be done within 7-10 days and it was completed exactly when promised! I have never had a contractor actually complete when promised so I was pleasantly surprised indeed! Call Rafael and give him the opportunity to show you how work on your home should be done, you won't regret it!
