I am impressed by how this company began and who they are. They are firemen, first responders, and military men who provide a needed service for others with pride in their work. All communication was excellent. They completed our whole roof tear off and added a excellent new roof that actually has lowered our home insurance alot in less than a day! Clean up was excellent. He was knowledgeable and honest enough to let us know that the shingles that we have, & the ice and water issues we were experiencing, are actually due to a ongoing lawsuit with the manufacturer. He could've easily not told us that and charged us to do a whole new roof. He continuously worked with us for the following 6 months helping provide any information pictures, etc. so we can make a claim to get our roof covered. I submitted them as my preferred roofer of choice to fix the issue. Once everything was settled with the manufacturer, we were able to move forward with a new roof with Firefighter. They were professional, on time, skilled laborers, and did a beautiful job redoing everything. We had a couple of hiccups, they remedied everything quickly without hesitation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Kelton is the man!! We will be using them going forward & recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with them. Their general contractor and project manager,…read moreKevin Gayton, came to my home and left marketing materials even though I have two clear "No Soliciting" signs--one on the walkway and one on the front door. He didn't knock or ring, but my motion camera recorded him walking past both signs and hanging the ad. Knocking is not the issue. Leaving ads after passing two "No Soliciting" signs is still soliciting. It shows a blatant disregard for a homeowner's posted wishes. This is unacceptable. If a company can't respect a simple "No Soliciting" sign, why would you trust them to act ethically while working on your home? In my opinion, stay away from Apex Premier Roofing. I will not do business with them, and I've asked to be removed from their contact list. Companies should train their staff to read and follow signs. This experience tells me Apex Premier Roofing did not.

Our experience with Green Scene Home Inspections was extremely concerning. The company's owner came…read moreto our home after a major appliance listed in their report was called into question. During that visit, he made unprompted remarks about my personal life that had nothing to do with the inspection. When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

We had our inspection done with Mike Tower from GreenWork, and we were very satisfied with the…read moreservice Mike provided. From start to finish, Mike went above and beyond for our family. Mike began by carefully listening to all our concerns -- from systemic roof leaks and water intrusion to workmanship issues -- and made sure he understood the full picture before starting. During the inspection, he was incredibly meticulous, documenting every defect both big and small with detailed photos and clear notes. He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices. He also has specialized experience in mold remediation and plumbing issues, which gave us confidence given our past water problems. Mike is an excellent communicator and very patient. He explained how things are supposed to work, advised us on how repairs should be handled, and even warned us of pitfalls to avoid when dealing with builders or contractors. He also shared best practices we never would have thought about, helping us prevent long-term issues. On top of that, Mike was extremely respectful and friendly with the entire family -- even our pets took to him right away. After spending the better part of the day thoroughly inspecting our home, he delivered a comprehensive, well-organized report the very same evening. Thanks to his documentation, we now have a strong record of our concerns to present to the builder. Simply put, Mike sets the standard for what a home inspector should be: professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We would hand-pick him again without hesitation for any future inspections. Highly recommended.
