She was very patient and really wanted me to find a dress that was perfect for me. Sherry actually picked out a dress from the sale rack for me and I ended up getting it. It is such a gorgeous dress and it even had a bling belt! I even went back to get a veil and she did whatever she could to help me find one. One of my best friends got her wedding dress here. I have told all my friends that are getting married to go here! The dresses are a good price and great quality. You won't be disappointed if you go there.

A pop-up shop that comes around every February. Every gal that needs a prom dress, bridal gown or…read moreother formal frock needs to come here. There are SO MANY great finds. I mean, the prices here are ROCK BOTTOM and the dresses are all TOP NOTCH QUALITY. You can easily snag your prom dress full of sequins and glam for $50. Yup, that's right. Or how about a gently used David's Bridal bridesmaid dress (that you can easily wear to the dance and no one would ever know) for only $75. So many formal gowns for $30 a girl could get dizzy. One thing I LOVE ABOUT THIS SPOT is the VARIETY OF SIZES. Little kiddos and teeny boppers can find a fancy dress on the kids rack. And bigger sizes 16-22+ are available too. Everything is pre-pressed and laundered for you. NICE! And they had SO MANY bridal options. I'm talking, veils, crinoline, used gowns and brand new gowns. Brand names too! How about spending $150 or 200 (yes you read that right) on your wedding dress and then blowing the rest on the honeymoon? Are you seeing dollar signs, too? $$$$$$ But seriously, there are SO MANY GOOD FINDS! They also have menswear, baby dresses, and other women's clothes on consignment. My professional BIZNEZ WOMAN wardrobe got some upgrades recently, I snagged a Talbots professional blazer for only $12 and an Evan-Piccone pencil sheath for $15. Jaw just dropped. But the BEST PART is that many dresses are donated to local charities at the end of the pop-up shop season. How wonderful! I could doll' up and throw a gala party for THAT high five effort.

Let me tell you I am so glad I went to Loveliest first! The attention from Kim was hands down amazing and I felt special!! I had no idea what type of dress I was looking for, Kim asked all the questions, she helped me in the dressing room get in and out of dresses, pulled all types of dresses to try on and figure out my style. I went to two other dress shops the following day and the service was just not the same. You shared the shop with many other people, no one helped you in and out of your dress, and I remember thinking this is not the same experience I had the night before. I went back to Loveliest at the end of the day to try back on the two dresses I was torn about. Kim let myself, my family and two close friends in after a long day of helping other brides so my friends could see and I could make my final decision. Customer service goes a really long way and loveliest has found a true gem with Kim. She truly was part of my decision to buy from Loveliest. If you're looking for a place to buy a wedding dress I highly recommend this one!

I wanted a very embellished/lacy gown with a train and they had several beautiful options that I loved! I am a very picky bride and found my favorite dress here that I may end up choosing! (I'm also extremely indecisive so this has been a process, haha) The best thing about this store was the customer service! Liz was absolutely amazing and the best person I have worked with while dress shopping so far! She made me feel so welcome and made the experience wonderful! She was so patient with me trying on gown after gown, and never seemed annoyed or tired of helping me. She even suggested I try on one gown that was a little different than what I was looking for just to see how I felt about it. After visiting other bridal shops whose associates seemed highly annoyed that I wanted to try on a few gowns this was so refreshing and just wonderful! She even emailed me that evening to thank me for stopping in and with the prices and names of the gowns I liked most. Best experience ever! Thanks Liz!

The young lady was very attentive and understood the assignment (black dresses only). I had a seamstress ready to go, and she warned me to really look over the dress to make sure there were no defects, which mine did not have! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the return policy. You can't order a gown here; it's off the rack, and once you buy it, it's yours (no returns). So there's a lot of pressure if you find a dress you like to purchase it right then and there. They were nice enough to hold it for me for a few hours, until I had one more bridal fitting that day.

As soon as we stepped in we were greeted by a rather frazzled woman claiming they were too busy to help us and we could potentially come back the next day or later if they had a cancellation. She then quickly ran away to help someone else and we were left standing in the entrance. Thankfully Sabrina was just getting off of a phone call and said she could show us to the sizes and have a look, she just wouldn't be available to help us pull anything since there was another client she was helping, which was fine by us, again we just wanted to have a peek at what was available. After sifting though a few racks we found a dress my sister was willing to try on and when Sabrina was walking past she was able to quickly direct us to a fitting room and sitting area with a large mirror we could use. She was still with another client, but said if we could get her zipped up ourselves we were welcome to have the Bride try on the dress. After Sabrina was done with her client she proceeded to help us find a veil and tiara to go with the dress and helped us wrap everything up at the desk in the front. Sabrina is an absolutely wonderful associate and really did her best to balance all her clients and still help us out as a walk-in. Granted, we did most of the work and gave the shop a pretty low-effort sale, but the woman that was initially trying to shoo us out of the shop certainly left a bad taste in the mouth.
