This was by far the most positive experience I've had while shopping for bridal gowns! The store has a good selection separated by price range (which makes it easy!). I wanted a very embellished/lacy gown with a train and they had several beautiful options that I loved! I am a very picky bride and found my favorite dress here that I may end up choosing! (I'm also extremely indecisive so this has been a process, haha) The best thing about this store was the customer service! Liz was absolutely amazing and the best person I have worked with while dress shopping so far! She made me feel so welcome and made the experience wonderful! She was so patient with me trying on gown after gown, and never seemed annoyed or tired of helping me. She even suggested I try on one gown that was a little different than what I was looking for just to see how I felt about it. After visiting other bridal shops whose associates seemed highly annoyed that I wanted to try on a few gowns this was so refreshing and just wonderful! They will NOT take responsibility for the WAY TOO SHODDY Bridal Dress Disaster. There are numerous major issues that they simply do NOT care to address and have basically just chosen to ignore!! What a horrid experience for her on what should be a beautiful time. Again, BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!! I booked an appointment at Lillian Ruth while stopping in Knoxville for 36 hours on business! All alone expecting just to fill some time and try on a few dresses I couldn't source in NY. I was paired with Hannah, who was the sweetest angel and helped me find my dress. Truly so helpful, she and Lilly Belle went above and beyond in helping me pick out styles she thought I would like even down to accessories. Although it didn't make sense for me to order my dress out of state to TN, I definitely thought about it just because of how great of an experience I had! We had an amazing experience at LRB. What a memorable day. Thankfully they were open in Phase 1 after the lockdown so we could pursue our quest for the perfect wedding dress for my little sister. We grabbed some margaritas from downstairs at Soccer Taco and pretended we were on Say Yes To The Dress :) Liz was so professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She let us pick out some but knew some dresses that would eventually be the "ones". The dresses they carry are gorgeous, unique (they have a fun selection of boho gowns) and they all feel amazing. Lovely store. This is by far the only boutique in Knoxville that has couture bridal gowns. I'm talking high end stuff and labels you can't find most places. So many beautiful dresses. Big Sigh. My issue with this is that...well...all they have for selection is really really expensive gowns. Like really expensive. Sure they have a sales rack with lower prices but the options are minimal. If you are on a budget I think you should do the following 1) call the store and ask if they have any dresses on sale in your size and then 2) cross this store off your list. On the other hand. If you have a chunk of change to spend then please come here and buy one of these gowns. They are so delicate and lovely. One other thing...I think they layout of the store is perfect. And the rooms are superbly decorated. But I think the dressing rooms are a bit worn and could use some cleaning. Besides that. Let me tell you that the customer service is great. The shopgirl is sweet beyond sweet. So helpful and easy to work with. She is quick to give recommendations. And she is the ONLY bridal sales girl in all of East Tennessee who actually recommended other competitors when I told her about my hard to find style. She literally gave me tips for other shops. Wowza. She is the biggest sweetheart in the whole world. I would trust her with my business any day. I just can't afford it! read more

Lillian Ruth Bride is incredible! From start to finish, they made shopping for a dress a fun, laidback, and unique experience! Liz went above and beyond to make the process smooth and fun. Before the appointment, she reached out to get a feel for budget, style, and who would be joining me at the appointment. Day of, she only pulled dresses that fell within my budget and style. She also provided excellent guidance on fit and helped manage expectations. Even though our appointment was for 90 minutes and ended at closing time, I felt no rush or pressure to buy a dress that day. The vibe of the shop is also so relaxing and chic! This is the nicest Bridal Boutique in Knoxville. Not that I've had to get a wedding dress... but I've had to get way too many bridesmaid dresses! When compared to White Lace and Promises (sorry I throw up a little in my mouth when I just say their name) this place is like Bridal/Bridesmaid heaven. They are polite and helpful and just... get this NICE! If you're looking for the place to shop for Bridal anything... go here! In addition to ordering me a dress they didn't have (b/c the stupid bridal boutique rules, they can't carry the same brands as someone else with a certain number of miles...), they gave it to me for cheaper than the store who actually carried it. Kudos kudos kudos! :) I went back and added a star after my best friend just received her wedding dress from them. UPS screwed up the delivery, the bride was ONLY in town Saturday afternoon for the fitting, UPS said they'd be back Monday with the dress. But WW stepped up to the plate and harassed UPS until they brought the dress back over. Amazing Customer service and they allow you to make your decision instead of pushing you to make a sale. They carry the high end quality (They carry gowns with the French Alencon lace and Dupioni silk) gowns that is rare to find in a small city. I worked with Nancy and she was a sweetheart. I fell in love with a dress that was above my budget, so I took a week to think about it. I wasn't pressured at all during that time. After sleeping on it , trying other dress in different stores in adjacent cities, I decided to pull the trigger and buy THE dress. The ladies were extremely accommodating. They were totally fine with me coming and trying the sample dress on twice for my siblings( since they weren't there when I bought the dress) after making my dress. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I wasn't sure what to expect, but my consultant made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Lisa was the consultant that helped me and she was exceedingly nice. She even sent me a little Thank You note with the dresses. The dresses were beautiful! Lisa was fantastic to work with - she was fun, patient, and let me pull out as many dresses as I wanted. We happened to drop in at the end of the year when they had lots of sample sales, and she did not push me to a more expensive dress. She answered all my questions and was helpful determining what alterations could be made to this off-the-rack dress. The rest of the staff, including the owner, were helpful and knowledgeable. Liz is awesome!!! She helped me pick out my bridesmaid dress. Most of my bridesmaids do not live in area, so most of them had to call in to order their dress. Throughout the day, the shop was busy, but Liz made sure that she called everyone back (even after closing time) so that the dresses can be ordered on time. She even made sure to send me texts throughout the day to keep me up to date. This is true customer service and commitment! I loved working with Liz! She is completely down to earth. I recently purchased my wedding dress from this boutique. I had visited a few other boutiques in Knoxville but I had trouble keeping in my budget at these places as there was little wiggle room with what they could do with the price. I decided to go to a larger chain place and found a few dresses I loved. When I told my friends they laughed and insisted that before buying one from the chain store I had to check out wedding wonderland. Lisa was my consultant and I went over a holiday weekend with my grandmother. The dressing rooms were large and private. My grandmother had a place to sit and I had my own pedi-stool and mirrors. This made the event much more pleasant as I didn't have to go out of the small dressing room to look in the larger mirrors as I did at other places. I learned a bit about dresses here. At the other places I visited I would have needed to buy the crinoline skirt and the bra to go with the dress. That is because with the lower quality dresses these are an additional cost. With the higher quality at wedding wonderland the appropriate crinoline is already in the dress and the bodices already had boning. The only thing I am adding is some additional cups due to the fact I am small chested. This helps to make the dress more comfortable since it is all one piece. If you have a smaller budget they have some dresses that can fit your budget and they have great sales racks! I got lucky and found a great quality sample dress for more than half off during the holiday sales! Lisa was very nice, didn't pressure me to buy higher priced dresses, she was very understanding of my budget. She also has a seamstress she works with directly which again helps keep costs low. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! read more

Worst experience in a store you could imagine. I get there at 9:55, having a 10:00 appointment and no one is there. I realized when we got there that they didn't open until 10, but maybe they should not take reservations the same time you ask your staff to open the place up? I wish that was the worst of it. The girl shows up 15 minutes late, opens the store and awkwardly apologizes. Once she gets settled turning on the lights she takes my name, and I clarify I have an appointment. She directs me to the dresses and says just let me know if you need help. I'm sorry, but if I'm about to spend thousands of dollars on a dress I expect you to SELL me the dress! At least ask me what I like and show me things like it. While we looked through the dresses already feeling a bit lost, she went to the back and was not seen for 10 minutes, then came back out and was eating a yogurt, again uninterested in the fact that I am here to make one of the most important purchases of my life. I had decided right then that I didn't feel comfortable buying the dress from a store or an employee with such a lack of respect for herself, me, or her job. Bottom line is don't go here for an experience. The sales associate that I worked with, Whitney, clearly doesn't care about her job at all and lost a sale because of it. She was just plain rude. They have limited gowns in stock and have a limited price point on top of it. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. I was pressured into buy a size that I did not want or felt comfortable with ordering and tried changing the size several times but was backed down by the girl completing the sale. I left the bridal shop defeated after finding a dress I loved. Four months later (just a few weeks before the wedding) when my dress came in, the dress was too big and the seamstress had to rebuild my dress to fit. I communicated with Lillian Ruth Bride several times to try to resolve the situation, but instead they accepted no fault and blamed it on measurements. So after spending $2,300 at this bridal shop and many tears the day my dress came in, I spent another $500 in alterations. Not to mention the dress I tried on at the bridal shop was a three year old dress and the new dress I received was a different color white. Highly disappointed all around. I'm the mother of a very picky bride. I cannot say enough about Lisa and Wedding Wonderland. We spent two months trying on dresses, even going out of state for a three day visit to the Cincinnati bridal district. My daughter tried on over 100 dresses. She made at least three appointments to try on dresses with Lisa, each time walking out uncommitted. At each visit, Lisa was as warm and willing to help as ever. She never showed any impatience and never pushed us in any way. She spent hours with us. She would comb through inventory in other stores, and borrowed dresses for my daughter to try on. Finally, my daughter bought the last dress she tried on. Now the dress is being made, and Lisa's in frequent contact with us about the customizable features. When my second daughter gets married, I don't really see any point in going elsewhere. Lisa's service, diligence and kindness can't be beat. She genuinely likes her customers and she likes her job. Absolutely the WORST wedding salon I have EVER been to! I had called in advance to let them know we were on our way after an hour in a half drive! We hit major construction but all we had intended to do was look at bridesmaid dress color swatches to even see if they were the right colors. Please keep in mind I did call ahead! They said they closed at six... We (me an my mom) got there at 5:40 and they had LOCKED THE DOOR! Then three ladies came walking to the front with their purses in hand and told us to come back another day that they were leaving to go home!!! WHAT?! It wasn't even 6 thats when I said I was just looking for bridesmaid colors and wouldnt take but a minute and they told us no. So my immediate family is having three weddings within the next year mine being in September, one in December, and the other the following May and there will be NO business to give to this salon! The ladies were VERY rude, very unprofessional, and obviously did not want our business! We are NOT cheap people! I was hoping to get my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from one place but my business is full on to WHITE LACE AND PROMISES!!!! The ladies there were so helpful! Due to my work hours i can only make the times at the end of the day. They even stayed a little late and and NEVER rushed us! I didn't have a bridesmaid there I was only going to look and Olivia went out of her way to try on the dresses for us! At wedding wonderland they locked the door in OOUR FACE!
