Borderline rude/useless employees, Pokemon cards don't have prices listed, very limited selection of everything, the store is dingy and poorly lit as if they're trying to save money on electricity because their awful prices don't make them enough money, and more. They give 40% cash for selling your trading card singles to them, and charge an appraisal fee if you don't sell to them. LOL. Most card stores will give you around 70% cash for your cards. This place is only in business because people must not know about any of the other stores in the area. Traveling around to other card/hobby stores recently in other cities just reinforces my point about how people that frequent this store must not know how good a shop can be, and how Pegasus is on the bottom tier of what any game store should strive to be. Please just go to somewhere else local.

But it is wall-to-wall, everything kids. It reminds me of when Kevin is at Duncan's Toy Chest in Home Alone 2. Just everything they could ever want, or need, because there are bibs and pacifiers, to clothes and stuffed animals. Price point is very competitive as well. This toy has been used almost daily for seven years and it is still beautiful. We are missing a few blocks, but it is fantastic. Then came the click clack which is used so often too. We have also bought many trains and have them on the shelf with the other toys. The trains and blocks are the first toys that are reached for. I have two year old triplets and I plan on adding more toys this year from the Fine Hardwood toys. All the details are beautiful and they are very sturdy. The wood ages beautifully. All the toys are still in perfect condition, even with heavy use. We love your toys. Thank you so much for being a part of my little ones play!

I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for Magic: the Gathering games of EDH/Commander. The staff was exceptionally kind and informative, and the clientele all were great to play with! If I lived here, I would definitely be here weekly and I definitely encourage anyone curious to check it out! They also have sodas available for purchase, and my only gripe was that they didn't have a better variety of drinks, especially healthier ones, or small bites. I'll hopefully be able to return soon!

A couple of days later, the seller canceled my order and refunded my money without any notice or explanation. Their excuse was that they could not fulfill an out-of-state order because they could not charge sales tax. I paid shipping and sales tax on the order, and there was no notice of any restrictions on their website. Curiously, the book was no longer in stock after they canceled my order, and they ignored my communications to find a resolution. This strikes me as dishonest and a poor way to treat customers.

Until 2025, I would have considered Westfield a five-star company based on my long history with them. Unfortunately, throughout 2025 I experienced a complete breakdown in customer service communication, which ultimately led me to pull my business. Despite multiple emails and voicemails over several months, I received no responses to documented issues, even while new orders continued to be fulfilled. Unresolved issues included: -Being charged for and shipped trade paperbacks when my subscriptions were for single issues, with no response regarding returns or credits. -Being charged shipping three separate times for a single monthly shipment, with no explanation. -Missing subscription issues that were reported and never acknowledged. Receiving some incorrect items in place of missing books, with no replacements ever provided. -Multiple damaged comics due to a change in packing methods. Recent shipments were packed tightly in boxes with no protective dunnage, resulting in visibly damaged corners on numerous books. I reported the damage by listing each affected titles, but received no response. Mistakes can happen in any business. What ultimately drove my decision to leave was the complete lack of communication. After decades as a loyal customer, being consistently ignored made it clear that customer service is no longer a priority. I'm sharing this review strictly to document my experience so other customers can make informed decisions.
