Never had an issue! Mrs. Roshanda is very professional and runs the daycare very well. Daycares are not easy to operate but they do it well here. Thank you for always taking great care of my little ones. Starting coming when son was 4 (VPK) and daughter was not even 2 yet. Now son is 7 (attends before & aftercare here) and daughter is 4 in VPK.

Then... we got pictures taken at the end of the year. We were supposed to get a call when they came in. Never got a call. I finally went there and was told there were only sent some and when they requested the rest, got duplicates of the original batch. It would take a week the get the rest and we would get a call. It's been 2 weeks now. I just called and was told the person that is in charge of the pictures has left for the day(it's 4:30pm) and that I need to call back on Monday because she is in the classroom and does not have time to help me. A kid in the classroom called me fat one day and the teacher did nothing to correct her so I did politely.

I am very particular about the daycares and preschools I send my kids to and I can say wholeheartedly that I love this preschool! The building was brand new when we started and they have done a great job at maintaining it. The teacher did fluctuate a lot at first, but I think that was mainly growing pains as they opened and adjusted. My son's teachers have been amazing, namely Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Dominique and Ms. Kaitlin. They love my kid, know how to discipline and redirect bad behavior, they provide a positive and optimistic environment and they are genuinely good people. I also think the school Director, Stacey is great! She is on top of it and I respect her for that! I am impressed with the new safety parameters that they are putting in place and am sure other parents will appreciate this too. Our kids can never be too safe. The only negative thing I can say about CA is that they follow the public school calendar for closure and that's a bit inconvenient when you are paying the same thing each month, but March, November and December they are closed for an entire month each week. They do have camp on some of those days, but that's an additional expense.

They offer classes from infants to kindergarten. Children learn academics, language, science, dramatic play, art, and much more. The food is carefully selected and healthy. The staff has given me updates on how my daughter is adjusting daily. You can tell a good place when all the children are happy and shining. She has been with a Primrose school for over a year now and has really opened up academically and socially too. We are very discerning parents when it comes to my daughter. Overall, we love the curriculum and my daughter loves going to school.

She told me there were no refunds but she was going to request to corporate. Since then i've texted, called and have gotten no answers. I've also called corporate and left voicemail and have never gotten a response either. Owning my own business, just out of integrity I would've at the very minimum have a response to keep the client long term. The day that I got there I should've known, I was taking the tour and overheard a conversation between the Director and a very upset client about treatment of their daughter by the teachers, the director's response wasnt very pleasant and I shouldve gone with my gut, but now I'm here trying to get at least a response from someone. Will update if this is resolved.
