I'm 22 and have worked with kids for around 4-5 years. Millie's angels hired me right away I had…read moregreat references I even worked with special needs children. This was the worst run day care I've ever in my life worked at and I've worked at a couple including public schools. They let the kids beat each other up, beat the staff up and I was told by miss Annette I was going great. But I was too "stern" with the children cause I would say "no thank you" sternly to them when they take toys away for others or hit other kids. I worked there for about two weeks. And they never texted me one weekend the schedule so I personally texted Michelle the most immature director I've ever met, instead of the group chat she usually put us in. And she said "sorry we don't need you this week" our monthly work meeting was that Wednesday. I texted her asking about it. No response. So she I texted her about my pay check and was going to confront her and ask her if I'm doing something wrong so I can learn from it etc. I went to check my paycheck she had someone else Hand it to me. Didn't even look at me and rushed me out the door. She couldn't even be honest with me about not wanting me there or telling me what I did wrong. You can't learn if they don't tell you. The kids are the out of control. They let them do whatever they want. They really don't have a steady daily schedule. 0/10. Do NOT recommend. Don't waste you time or money.

It's wonderful and exciting to hear from him all he is learning . Every staff member is well trained and takes there time with each child . Annette one of the teachers there is a dedicated professional who the children just adore. Sharon another teacher at the school brings a smile to education and excitement for learning . If you want a top of the line , safe, fun, loving school to enroll your child then look no further . I can not thank them enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The owner of the company is extremely rude, immature,…read moreunprofessional, and unresponsive! I registered my children for summer camp at their facility. I have called, emailed, and left several messages regarding their summer camp. I finally received a phone call back after multiple attempts two weeks before camp was supposed to start and the owner said she would write down my questions and get back to me. This was two weeks before camp started how do they not know their camp hours or the scheduled trips or events? She never got back to me regarding these questions so I asked for a full refund due to my poor experience with their facility. If they cannot answer simple questions I sure wouldn't want them taking care of my children. I called regarding the status of my refund she said she will mail a check as they are unable to refund the money to the card I originally paid with. We called a week later as we still haven't received the check and offered to pick it up. She said "we don't normally refund registration fees as they are non refundable and I will call you when I have the check ready." I told her no where online does it indicate the registration fee is non refundable one and two due to the poor experience and rudeness it should be refunded. I called a day later and she said "I still don't have the check ready I will call you when it is ready." I asked what the hold up was does she not have the funds to refund my money, does she not have anymore checks? She then said "I already gave you an explanation sorry it might not be what you want to hear have a nice day" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and said I'm simply asking why it is taking so long for them to refund my money and she said "I am not going to go back and forth with you I gave you an answer" then she proceeded to stay on the phone but not speak and I said "hello I hear you breathing you really not going to speak to me?" She then hung up. How childish. This is supposably the owner acting this way and you trust them with your child(ren)? I would pull your child(ren) out ASAP.

I would give this facility NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could. MY…read more2 yr old diaper was not changed I would have to actually change her diaper at the day care myself when I picked her up and when I complained I was told it was a "misunderstanding" that lasted 2 hours, b/c "changing time is 4:00pm" & I picked up my child up at 6 pm, that resulted in a terrible diaper rash. My child is mentallly scarred from sitting in a poopy diaper for so long that she just stopped pooping at day care all together and would poop everyday when we got home..NOT that this day care has any interest in helping potty train the kids there they say it's NOT something they have time for. And NO educational program at all. And NO real OUTSIDE play area, well it is a small dirty square the size of a big closet, right next to a BAR parking lot, yes a bar that sells alcohol, with a chain link fence around it so the kids usually don't go outside even on nice days. My child was also kicked and hit multiple times by the same child and after I complained and asked for them to be separated they did for 1 week and then they put them back together and she was hit again by the SAME child and my child had to cry and tell me AGAIN that she was hit, NOT a teacher, so again no one was paying attention to my child. That was the LAST day my child went to RRU. I shiver at the thought of what has happened to my baby that she could not tell me before she could speak so well. In my opinion I had to take her out of the "day care" for her own safety. And the owner, harassed me by calling me on my phone and texting me & actually cursed at me and called me curse words after removing my child from HER horrendous day care!! What type of person that runs a business, A DAYCARE none the less, who takes care of children says things like that. SMH. This "day care" is such a joke. And I have had 3 children and have had them in 6 different day cares throughout the yrs. I have started my child at a new day care and 2 weeks later she is almost completely potty trained. And my child says daily how much happier she is at her new day care..and also says I dont ever want to go back to that chicken day care again..LOL. And has already been able to go outside and play and get fresh air a few times in the winter in a gorgeous outside play area with NO nearby BAR. I think children going outside to play is such an important part of the day care experience. I felt this had to be said to warn other parents and their children about what happened to us. We all love our children more then anything else in this world and I just don't want another child or parent to have to go through a similar ordeal. SAFETY and CARING always come FIRST for my child!!

Apple hill review…read more Would give apple hill 0 stars if I could! My family usually loves to build up others and their businesses, so this was very difficult to write. We sent our young daughter to Apple Hill and trusted the staff with our baby girl. However, I am heartbroken to say that she is about to turn 2 years old, and on her birthday will be littered with welts and bruises. It breaks my heart when we look back on photos of this milestone she is going to ask me "daddy why so I have so many injuries?" The staff at Apple Hill was not only condescending, but dismissive of our constant concerns of our daughters repeated injuries. (It also seemed the language barrier between us was something they heavily used to their advantage). I want to be very clear that I understand that toddlers are still learning to walk and are not always stable on their feet. I understand that sometimes babies do get hurt. But there is a difference between the occasional bump and scrape versus consistent and nearly constant injuries on a nearly daily basis. Not to mention, this facility should be baby proof! I expect if she falls she would be protected! Her injuries were constant. I had clients at my job questioning me as to why every time they saw my daughter she had a new injury. Some of these clients see my daughter once or twice a month! She was picked up 2-3 days in a row with new lumps on her head. The black eye she received has left a scar. Each time I look at it, I feel I failed her. The worst part was seeing my daughter so badly bruised, knowing the people that were supposed to protect her were the ones who couldn't give me any answers. When I asked for documentation, they had none when I asked for video they had none. They also suggested watching the live stream video from their lobby, but if I was able to sit and watch my daughter all day from their lobby, I would've had her in my home where I knew she would be safe. Instead, I was working to give her the best life possible. Instead of listening and trying to reassure us, they downplayed our feelings and tried to pass off some of these wounds as bug bites. However, after taking her to a doctor, it was confirmed they were welts and bruises and not bug bites. Sadly, I do not feel comfortable, leaving our daughter in their care anymore, as they had no idea what was going on with her. I fear I will never know if it was a staff member, another child, or unsafe facilities. I also learned many new things about this facility only after my concerns were brought to light, such as at the end of the day all ages of children are brought together, and the teachers couldn't explain how she got hurt which means they weren't watching her. I don't write this review to hurt them because tarnishes a reputation doesn't bring me joy, I write it to hopefully protect another child from injury.

They took 8 hours a day worth of subsidy money that I get for my child when he was only going 4 hours a week and still made us pay a copay. This place use to be good until they got new owners and now this place is a nightmare. They also keep all the kids in one class for a good part of the morning cause they don't have enough staff. So you have 2 year Olds with 4 and 5 year olds. I pray no body has to go through what we went through with my son. If they kept the childrem busy and not just sitting then maybe the children wouldnt get into things.
