For those who think, as I originally did, you'd get a hoity-toity designer who would look down their nose at your choices and/or current design style, nothing could be further from the truth. Carmela presented herself as very down-to-earth, fun and full of ideas. She assuaged my fears about one color, warned me about another ("This color is dark, but with light cabinets you could get away with it"), and helped me select another color entirely for a different room of the house. All in all, she was a wealth of information and I wouldn't hesitate in hiring her, and I may just do so for decorating advice after all my other projects are complete. I can't imagine what she could do with window treatments and area rug choices!

She is very sweet and easy to work with. She cooperated with any changes I made and worked with my vision to create the perfect wedding. After our several phone conversations, my mother and I went to the studio in person. Here we were able to see various centerpieces and card cages in person. I provided various photos for what I wanted in my bouquets and center pieces. When my flowers were delivered on my wedding, I was speechless. They were absolutely GORGEOUS. Got quote of $4800 for standard grade vinyl plank installed based on 225 sq ft. When I questioned the sq ft they said the laser and computer was right. My kitchen floor is only 160sq ft. Didn't accept the quote and the deposit was put against the countertop. Counter top cut installed to my satisfaction. Got another quote from another company. Their quote was $1800 for commercial grade vinyl plank installed with a lifetime warranty based on the actual footage of 165 sq ft. Went back today to question again the inflated quote for the flooring. I spoke to the owner and his answer to me "it was my problem because I got my money back and to get out of his store." At that point he escorted me out of the store. You determine what is going on here. The only reason for the one star is Agnes and the countertop crew on an excellent job. He made a mundane non-functional bath into a showcase that we will use for many years to come. His decorator helped us choose the tiles and gave her expertise when necessary. I bought Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds from Rosanti Flooring and was disappointed in both the…read moreinstallation and the quality of the blinds. After only four years, my blinds developed three small holes, as if an insect chewed on that section of the blinds. Unfortunately for me, the owner Peter came out and refused to put in a claim with Hunter Douglas. The Hunter Douglas quality is so overrated, both the material and the mechanism are poor quality. I have had to undo the rod that is used to open the blinds because the mechanism was installed incorrectly. Long story short, I replaced the Hunter Douglas blinds with Bali Motorized light filtering shades and was amazed at the quality and the build of the blinds. Hands down so much better quality and better value. I will never recommend Hunter Douglas and Rosanti Flooring, stay away!

I was pleased with Sybelle Carpet's service during the selection process and they did a great job…read moreof installing too, but I don't believe their pricing is transparent or fair. They decided not to install the new padding because the one that was under the existing carpet was quite new. This saved them all of the labor that would've been involved to remove the existing padding and to install the new padding... a significant part of the overall job in my estimation. I was refunded the cost of the new padding (even though I have to take their word for it because there wasn't a line item for the cost on the estimate), but they still charged me the full cost of labor. I called them to discuss this and was told they don't refund on labor. I don't think it's fair to make me pay for work that ended up not being done. I don't feel like I was treated fairly and my complaint wasn't taken seriously.

They were really nice to her and respectful of her belongings. I don't know what their fees were, but she said it was a good price and she was happy with her new carpets, so all is well.
