It should be called "The Art of Selling things not covered…read moreby insurance" Its like being in a used car lot. The doctor doesn't talk, did not examine me, just assumed my take on the pain was correct (?) He said I needed twice a week for 3 months without an examination, xrays, medical history or asking basic questions. The desk person was pleasant enough but wanted to put my change from a purchase into my account instead of giving it to me. She was surprised I wanted it. I never sought treatment from a chiropractor and probably won't again. Too bad all his education led to being a salesman and inadequate clinical attention.

I know that it was not their fault that the check was not cashed. I was told that they had formed a new corporation and that they could not possibly issue a refund now. This has been one of the most unprofessional and careless medical offices I have ever dealt with…read more What started as decent care quickly spiraled into a mess of inconsistent charting, missing information, and providers who seemed to disappear every few months. Not once did anyone take responsibility or offer explanations. I repeatedly went to this office begging for help with symptoms that were affecting every part of my life. I had labs done, I voiced my concerns over and over, and each time I was brushed off with a casual "everything looks fine." It turns out everything was not fine. After they abruptly asked me to leave the practice without any legitimate explanation, my new provider immediately recognized that I had likely been suffering through menopause the entire time I was with them. Something this office should have caught long before things got this bad. The staff was nearly impossible to reach, and when I did get through, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and zero accountability. Dr. Balta, her husband, and their staff acted like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a patient's right to proper care. Knowing now that my chart was incomplete and inaccurate for who knows how long is infuriating. That level of negligence could have led to a serious health crisis... and the fact that they acted as if nothing was wrong is unacceptable. This office failed me completely. They ignored symptoms, mishandled my records, dismissed my concerns, and treated me with disrespect on top of it. People deserve safe, attentive, and competent medical care... and that is absolutely not what I received here.
