After multiple attempted calls a gentleman finally came out. He was very crass with us. Seemed more irritated that we woke him up from his sleep. When we told him we were here to pick up our U-Haul rental the guy said that he would give us a truck in the two furniture dollies if we pre-paid in cash. We told him that we already paid through the website he refused to honor the rental and told us to get out and complain to someone else who cared. We are now on a 30 minute hold and counting waiting to talk to Uhaul corporate about this scammer.
