WAITED FOR AN HOUR TO NOT BE SEEN AND CUT IN LINE. They canceled my appointment and skipped me twice when I waited

They are always very helpful to us. Never a problem. The pharmacy is easy to talk to and seems to function well.

I truly do not understand the low rating. This place is very good. It's some of the customers that are the problem!

I'm still crying as I type this, I have never been so humiliated. We've been shopping at Publix for…read morethree decades, and I knew Carol Barnett personally, but i will never again return to THIS location-despite the sincere apologies from the very kind store manager and a very sympathetic CSR Savannah - because ONE rotten apple employee. After a fabulous afternoon birthday tea with friends, I popped into Publix Waynesville. The lines were long, so I opted for self-checkout. Packing bags , I was admittedly was slow and deliberate as I am not good at "bagging". I also looked to note that items were being rung up properly (ex. BOGO) so it probably took me about 5 minutes to ring up a full trolley of goods and pack them. As I was placing the receipt into my purse and preparing to vacate the spot, an employee came up and loudly announced that she "did not see me ring up my paper towels" and demanded the receipt. This is something that she HAS THE TECHNOLOGY to check without uttering a word to me. It was an obvious attempt at public humiliation (why?). Several people put their head on a swivel to see the drama of someone loudly being accused of shoplifting paper towels. I wanted to crawl under the register and die, but I could only manage to hand her the receipt and put my head down. After the employee saw her obvious mistake, she only said "okay, thank you" and handed me the receipt back. I asked the monitor standing nearby "why" she did that, to which she gave no reasonable explanation. I barely made it to my vehicle before I broke out in tears and phoned my husband, who instructed me to return all the groceries immediately. I will give credit where credit is due and say that both Savannah and the store manager on duty were very sympathetic and understood how in this very small town, this would be utterly humiliating. They apologised profusely and the manager even offered to walk me and my groceries (that I didn't return) back to my vehicle. Regardless, the embarrassement of being falsely accused in such a way as to shame me publicly - when I did absolutely nothing wrong, has forever ruined shopping at the Waynesville Publix. Thankfully, I still have Sarasota Publix.

I was here as a tourist and I needed a few things from the market and Publix was right there, so I went in and I was blown away by the cleanliness, spacious aisles, and selection of products available. Food, dry goods, and drugstore items are all available. Grocery stores are not my favorite stores to go into, but this visit was a treat. I like it very much.

We usually have to wait at least a week (sometimes longer) for meds (compound Tylenol) to be filled…read moreand I was unaware that this was routine. I left a review because I thought that we were regularly having a hard time filling compounded Tylenol. No one ever explained to us that there was another step required beyond our doctor sending over the prescription. We simply did not know. That lack of knowledge on our part lead to a negative review. It was a negative review so they called us. Ashley was immediately confrontational on the phone and called me abusive, although she was the one berating me. That being said, Ashley was absolutely cruel and callous over the phone, even taunting us "Goodluck" getting our meds and laughing for us to have. "Merry Christmas. Hahaha (a wild thing for a pharmacist to do) and hung up on me. All wildly unprofessional. I even called her back and attempted to reconcile although her behavior was abhorrent. It clearly did not work hence this second review. This is no laughing matter. Just kind of sad honestly. The other woman there seemed very nice. We will have to find a new place and I suppose that is what is best. Their management needs training. That's the bottom line. Disappointed more than anything. There are other compounding pharmacies. We will be fine. I wish them well, and thank them for their guidance after the fact and for the good luck wishes!

I am very grateful for Kim's Pharmacy. The staff make all the difference. I came from a larger town…read moreand had an important medicine compounded to exclude an allergen that is included in commercial preparations. Kim's took over providing this special compound for me without missing a beat. I have been gradually moving all my prescriptions to Kim's, even though I have been going to the same commercial/chain drug store for decades. There is no difference in the price of regular prescriptions to the chain stores, so why not opt for the personal touch? If you're always in a hurry, or only refill your meds when you're completely out, or you like to peruse the various and sundry items typically found in the retail sections of drug stores... Kim's isn't that. Kim's is a solid health and well being community support system. The drive through check out is incredibly convenient, and it's nice to get off of the hustle & bustle of Russ Avenue or Main Street.

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! 100% HORRIFIC!!! Do NOT waste your time here!!!…read more ANYWHERE is a better choice than here!!!! This is ran more like a dive bar by drunks than a pharmacy. Dive bars are better places than this!!!! I moved here and wanted to establish with a pharmacy and chose this one because it looked historic and like it was a locally owned and operated business. I prefer to support local businesses. HERE is where family legacies and business's DIE. The customer service is so severely lacking that I had to wonder if it was a bad joke. They lost my prescription and decided not to fill it anytime within a week of dropping it off. They decided to verbally attack me as a group of three against me and try to dominate the narrative that their incompetence was some how my fault. They violated HIPPA and did not protect my medical information. I don't know how they keep their job , unless they are family. And if they are family then their family are rolling over in their graves and the ones alive must be ashamed by the disgusting display. I do not understand how they are in business unless their customers are loyal to previous owners/family members. Or their customers are afraid to speak or otherwise don't have a voice. Because these people do not understand or CARE about the job they are doing and the service they are providing. They held in their ability medicine that could save my life and treated it as an option. A OPTION that they didn't feel was worth anything but a bad attitude, and a combative behavior I have only seen from drunks in bars. This place is a disgrace!! A disgrace to the pharmaceutical profession! A disgrace to the wayneville community! A disgrace to the Hazelwood Village! A disgrace to their families! and to themselves!! Shame on you! Go be a bar keep! The lot of you! You are seem best suited to being bouncers at a dive bar then the people who can hurt or terminate the delicate medical conditions of people who need their medications. Find GOD!!!! He is lacking in your life severely. Go to church. Doesn't even deserve one star. This place needs to be closed down. My heart aches for the elderly and vulnerable people in this community that must be suffering from this place just to get their medications.

She learned this in August 2022 when she was moving and had to transfer her services. Mountaineer Oxygen Services continued to charge her from the point at which she owned it until August 2022. They claimed she signed a paper for "extended service" which they did not have a copy of and my mother said she never signed. When she explained that she owned the machine according to Humana the associate said she would have to talk to the owner. He came out a few minutes later and told her she could have the oxygenator and gave her two filters and some hoses. She had been double billed several times over the years for various things. This company took advantage of an elderly woman for years. I will update this review if they bill her again in September. I encourage you to look at other reviews before choosing to do business with this company.
