Since…read morethe surgery in 2012, I have noticed that at the end of each day, the region around this lengthly scar feels irritated, fatigued, painful and just plain uncomfortable. After an initial consult with Sae Smyrl, he worked on my scar to find places where the underlying tissue (I don't know the medical terminology) was tight, bunched up, etc. and most likely causing my pain. He also gave me a lesson on how I can treat myself. The nerve damage in that area prevents me from being able to identify what sort of "touch" I'm receiving . With the help of a hand mirror I was able to watch exactly what he was doing and learn how to help myself to help make this area more supple and flexible. S. Smyrl also demonstrated, (and had me practice) various sleeping positions. I didn't expect this! It was an enormous help, since I didn't opt for reconstructive surgery, I am, essentially breast-less on my left side, at night, when not wearing my prosthesis. This imbalance has really wrecked my lower back and sleeping patterns. The reason why I'm writing this review is because I have been to doctors about this post surgery issue and received pain pills, anti-inflammatory drugs plus sleeping pills. The side effects have not been fun and just added to my stress. I was also advised (again) by the doctors to get reconstructive surgery, which I really don't want (it's never a done deal, you have to keep going back every few years to have it redone/ more surgery, to match your healthy breast, or lop off your healthy one to match the reconstructed one). All this to just manage a scar that has left me significantly uncomfortable. By contrast; The body work, tips, instruction and insight that I received from this physical therapist has made an enormous difference with just one session. The icing on the cake is his bedside manner. He is kind, patient and has a wealth of information and techniques. I felt very comfortable with him. I haven't had to reach for the pills since. I think I'll be able to ditch them soon, thanks to him. Oh yea, best of all: he does house calls.

I fell when a stool went out from under me and I suffered a comminuted fracture to the lateral humeral head, a complex tear of the superior labrum extending to the posterior labrum, and severe rotator cuff tendinopathy. I was misdiagnosed in the emergency room with a shoulder strain and it took over a month to finally get an MRI and get the results. I could hardly move my arm in any direction without pain. I feel so much better and can move my arm in all directions with some pain, but nothing like before I started PT. I definitely had arthritis in my shoulder before the fall and was told it will most likely be worse due to the trauma of the fall. I am 70 years old. I believe I will be back to the way I was before the fall. Not quite there, but I believe it will happen. Carlyle is so easy to work with and so good at what he does. Very knowledgable. Very welcoming atmosphere. Carlyle is the best. Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment with him today, and I am very happy with the care he provided to me. He is friendly, laid back, and professional. He listens to concerns and does not try to rush anything. I haven't had a neck adjustment for years, and I had forgotten how much better I feel after having them performed. For anyone on the fence regarding chiropractors, rest assured that they are not just a bunch of hocus pocus. In my mind, they are 100% BETTER than regular MDs because they actually want us to feel better without the need for drugs. Sure, MDs are necessary for many medical conditions. BUT, I have never had one MD refer me to a chiropractor for my back pain and headaches. I have only ever had them look at me crazy, trying to either pass me a prescription or tell me to rest more. So yes, thanks to Dr. White for the help today. I am looking forward to throwing out the Ibuprofen and actually getting a restful sleep.

Residents wait hours for their meals and if no one brings them to the dining room then they don't get to eat. Some have reported that they're missing things from their rooms like clothes, shoes and even money. Most of the time residents have to ask for their medications or they won't get them. The staff clearly cares more about their paycheck than the residents. Please bring your loved one somewhere else!!
