Hope you remember me trying to scam me lol suck me sideways

The cashier tried to finesse me to pay him again cause the machine didn't scan my tall cans but I got a receipt lol shit face scammer trying to get an extra buck from me I hate to stereotype the guy but Good god that was sad and pathetic he couldn't even explain to me how one beer that's 6.99 came out to be $15 with tax he even walked over to pick one up and scanned it twice to get that amount so stupid bro what a clown! If he thinks you're a smuck he'll try to play you stay on your toes if you check this place out.

Cashier with mask below his nose. I didn't even check to see if the cooks followed mask requirements. I walked out.

Excellent brewery spot with great beer & relaxed service!…read more Located against the railroad track on the back side of the building, it's a bit difficult to find, but just drive all the way in to the large alley, I guess Maple Ave. Nice wide open set up, perfect for a cold beer on a warm day. Wife went for the Crimson Horizon, and she enjoued it. I got a sip and it was smoother butterier than the Firestone cali squeeze? I tried the Avocado Honey Ale since can't go wrong with description of amber honey ale! Was told it was a version of their kolsch with local honey. Wow, it was smooth with a bit of sweet finish, so addictive!!! Still had hours to drive so couldn't just have as many as I wanted, but I checked online and seemed Albertsons sold it so figured I can just pick them up back at home. But the gentleman resting at the bar told me he delivers their beer but only up to the hills. I guess maybe available in stores up to Camarillo, but not over that hill/mountain. I had to have more of it, and they had 6 packs in the cooler for purchase so went for a pack. The green cans are such delightful vessels to hold the even more delightful liquid inside. Wife even cut out the top and using the cute cans as planters, lol! The cans poured out at home was excellent as well, very fresh and refreshing and could get tiny hints of avocado on sips. Just a great beer! After browsing the brewery, it seems avocado honey ale is their signature beer, so I got lucky to choose that from the menu, lol. While enjoying the beer, the amtrak train blew it's horn to leave from the Carpinteria station, so we rushed out to wave and enjoy seeing that go by right in front as well. I am sure the locals were shaking their heads at our excitement of seeing the train go by, one gentleman when leaving even complimented my kid's dance moves from when we were out there to greet and send off the train, lol! Awesome local spot and great folks, just a very relaxing spot to enjoy the delicious avo honey ale! Just hidden so maybe not many visitors to Carpinteria find it, but I picked it out from search for brewery and chose this over the other one on the main streets. What a find for an out of towner! Hope they can expand out or grow their delivery area, maybe get it sent to total wine which must have a distribution center. Otherwise, this is a must stop for any SB trips for sure!

There's usually live music on the weekend and a food truck. Island Brewing Company has a variety of beers to choose from, but they are mostly known for their avocado honey ale. It's a smooth slightly sweet beer. I'm a fan of their hazy IPA too. If you're looking for a chill spot to drink a beer, this is the place to go.

Everyone was so happy and fun to chat with, then the food came out and it was out of this world. I had a Smashburger and a glass of Atost Spritz... Normally, I would have a beer, but it's too early for that lol Anyway, I would highly recommend this place. The food, the service the atmosphere the choices the prices everything was 5 star plus.!! Adults and kiddos out there eating and drinking. I made a mental note to myself to check 'em out. That I did ... I went there for lunch. They share a shopfront with Dang's burgers. Walk into the building and smack to the left is the Dang's burger ordering counter. To the right is Sunburst Wine Bar. The bar has a bar counter and chairs. The interior look is modern, unpretentious casual. Bright with lots of natural light. But if you're looking for a TV, they don't have any. The vibe is chill, unpretentious, welcoming, and family friendly. Family friendly bar?!? No, kids aren't allowed at the counter but are allowed on the outside patio and well as leashed dogs. The patio seating is tables and bench seating. The bar menu has draft beers, local wines. and canned drinks. They have flights. While partaking in a drink at the bar, you can even eat your Dang's food at the bar as well. The bartender was a sweetheart. Engaging with a great attitude. And may I add, she isn't a wimp. When there were no customers at the bar, she was stacking and moving drink boxes. Getting business done.

This is a family owned/operated wine and beer tasting room located in Carpinteria, with their vineyards located on nearby Rincon Mountain and in Paso Robles. Cool vibe entry area, with a large, garage-like back room and outdoor tasting areas. Parking available both on street and in a private lot in back. WINES: We were fortunate to have Jill, co-owner with her husband Edward, pour for us and the service was excellent. We tried 5 wines from the tasting menu, a '22 Storytime Rosè, '22 Susie Q (white Rhone blend), 2020 Dusty Vinyl (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre red blend), '19 Tempranillo, and a '19 Monk (Bordeaux red blend). In addition, Jill also poured us a '22 Syrah. Again, all the wines were well-made and flavorful. We took advantage of the waived tasting fee and took several bottles home with us. You can also purchase wines by the glass or enjoy a bottle onsite. BEER: New since our last visit, Jill and Edward decided to brew beer, so we also decided to share a tasting. All ingredients are grown on their property and they're currently pouring a Lu Lu Lager, a Monk's Ration (Belgian Ale), and a Sal's Stout. The pours are generous and easily enough for two people to share a tasting. We're not huge beer fans, but these, especially the lager and the ale, were so refreshing and full of flavor. They're sold in 750ml bottles, and we took a couple of these home as well. I highly recommend a visit to Rincon Mountain Winery's tasting room. You won't be disappointed!

The family vibe of Rincon is so beautiful. The staff are all so lovely. We LOVED the wine...which is absolutely incredible. We'll never not get the Dusty Vinyl and Tempranillo. Both are so bold and complicated while also being so easy. We became members on our first visit and have enjoyed every shipment and subsequent visit. We haven't been able to make it up to the mountain yet but cannot wait. Also the empanadas you can order are delicious and the vinyl that's always spinning at the room sets such a lovely ambiance. Being in an industrial area you expect a low level ambiance but it is incredible. The wine bar in the front vs the room in the back offer something for everyone.
