The phone call itself was also disappointing. The receptionist was dismissive, said the owner would call me back, and hung up before I could ask further questions. I will update this review once I hear back from the owner -- as of now, I haven't received that callback. I must point out the massage itself was excellent, but pricing transparency is an absolute must. I'd encourage this business to clearly post all mandatory fees upfront, and to make sure front-desk staff handle billing concerns with basic professionalism. Disappointing experience for what should have been a straightforward, relaxing massage appointment.
