It's remarkable how amazing the scar looks now. Healing very well and I feel great. I do physical therapy and that's essential and following up with Dr. Stidham is great. Highly recommend!

The MRI show that I had fluid buildup, so my primary doctor referred me to see him . He diagnosed my sickness in a few minutes , and didn't show me the images and explain the procedure as arthroscopy. Instead of just drained the fluid. He sent me to knee arthroscopy right away. However, after one month, my knee still hurts and I barely to stand up or walk . At my follow up, he was so careless to look at my incision , or helped me to get up and get down from very high exam chair. I almost fell off the chair. He also talked very rude about my age, he said I couldn't get back to walk normally because I am old ( I was 65 in year 2025). It took long time to heal. He didn't send me to physical therapy after the surgery . Now exactly one year from his surgery. I am handicapped , my knee keeps hurting and I can't walk without a cane. I have new orthopedic at Sutter Hospital in San Jose. He gave me cortisone injection, and said the last step if my symptom isn't getting better. I need to have knee replacement. But, I just had cortisone injection a week ago. My knee is not hurting badly as before. My new doctor also ordered for me a knee brace. I hope my knee will be recovered soon My suggestion if you have knee problems, avoid to see doctor Kale Stidham if you don't want to be a crippled.

I am writing to express my outrage and deep frustration regarding the treatment I received from Dr…read more Wong's front office. I have a confirmed wrist fracture and urgently need an appointment with a valid referral from my PCP. When I called, Fendi, the receptionist, asked numerous routine questions--my date of birth, where I had my X-ray done, and other basic information. I answered every single question thoroughly and respectfully. Yet after all of that, she flatly refused to schedule me, without providing any legitimate reason. What is absolutely unacceptable is that she completely ignored my request to speak directly with Dr. Wong. Instead, she repeatedly told me to find another doctor because she "didn't like me." That statement is beyond unprofessional--it is outrageous. Since when does a receptionist get to deny a patient medical care based on personal feelings? On what authority does she make medical decisions on behalf of the doctor and override a legitimate referral? I am not calling for a casual consultation--I have a fracture. This is a serious medical issue that requires timely treatment. Because of her refusal, I had to contact my PCP's office again, only to be told that it will take another 1-2 weeks for insurance to approve a different specialist. That means unnecessary pain, delayed treatment, and potential complications--all because one front desk employee decided to let personal bias interfere with patient care. Fendi, if you are reading this, I sincerely hope you reflect on the consequences of your actions. Patients seeking treatment are often in pain and distress. To deny care without justification is not only disrespectful, it is irresponsible. Dr. Wong, I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately. There appears to be no way for patients to bypass the front desk to reach you directly, which makes this situation even more troubling. No patient should ever be denied medical attention because of a receptionist's personal opinion. Experiences like this explain why your office has received such poor reviews online. I am beyond angry. No one deserves to be treated this way when they are already suffering and in need of medical care.

Dr Wong however, provided me a lot of information and ways to naturally improve my disc rather than throwing me into the surgery option which i greatly appreciate. Face time with her is difficult to get, wait times are excessive, and every small question now incurs extra charge!!! Bills are itemized per question!! Our previous doctor offered thorough care for decades to us with no surprise fees -- a stark contrast to Dr. Kale's approach. She mandates an illogical and unnecessary "pre-visit" to chit chat with new patients that no other doctors mandated us, and even that visit is billed, which is unnecessary. We don't recommend her and we will never go back to her!

My time with the…read moredoctor was great as she was very thorough in my check up and answered all the questions I had for her. I came in early to my appointment and sat in the waiting room and overheard the male receptionist apologize to the patient on the phone saying "I'm sorry if I was rude to you .... ". Although this wasn't the best first impression, I decided to brush it off as I didn't know the circumstances. When interacting with him, his overall attitude and demeanor was condescending. I didn't feel welcome coming into the office which is disappointing because I've come to this practice for my entire life. The icing on top of the cake was during the eye/vision exam. The exam is conducted directly behind the receptionist. I was told to uncover both eyes and read the bottom line (which I couldn't). I then heard the receptionist mutter under his breath something along the lines of "he couldn't read that?" It was too early in the morning for me to process that and call him out but it's pretty disappointing to hear that from a staff member, especially as I was in direct earshot of the comment. The other staff members were very nice and welcoming to me, but this kind of interaction makes me hesitant to continue my care here.
