She sent me around 300 videos and really captured our entire wedding night. She was also very nice on the day of our wedding, and I was extremely happy with the footage she delivered. Unfortunately, communication was a completely different experience. It was difficult to get in touch with her before the wedding, and we never had a phone call beforehand to discuss my vision or any special requests. At one point, I genuinely wasn't sure if she was going to show up. My videos were delivered through a shared album on my phone. I was never told that the album would expire or that I only had a certain amount of time to download everything, and I never signed anything stating that. When I realized on June 20 that the album was gone, I immediately started trying to contact her. Over the next several months, I texted Dina on July 6, 9, 13, and 20; August 3 and 12; and sent Instagram DMs on September 8, 10, and 14. I even submitted an inquiry through her website on September 12 hoping she would see it. I also contacted Amore Moment multiple times, and they eventually told me they were having trouble reaching her as well. Thankfully, my wedding planner/coordinator, Eva with Oziba Design Collective, had saved all of the videos and was able to send them back to me. I am incredibly grateful to her because otherwise I still wouldn't have my wedding content. I'm not saying not to hire Dina because the content she created for us really was beautiful. However, if you do hire her, download and back up EVERYTHING immediately. Do not assume you'll be able to access the shared album later. My biggest disappointment was not losing the album itself, but receiving no response after months of repeated attempts to contact her.

She told me she'd reach out with a call at the 6 month mark, and the call never came once the 6 month-out mark came. Hadn't heard from her since I booked. About 4 months out from my wedding, my mom ended up gifting me a content creator as a bridal shower gift. When I reached out to Dina to tell her that I would only be needing her for the original service of day of coordination, she didn't respond. I had to follow up multiple times and had to reach out via Instagram DM since I saw she was posting and ignoring all my emails. Eventually, 2 months before my wedding, Dina finally responded and told me she will no longer be doing my wedding bc I removed the content creator portion out of the package. Even though I originally ONLY booked her for day of coordination. She left me with under 2 months to find another day of coordinator, after she should have already been providing services. I honestly don't know if she was ever going to tell me that she wasn't going to provide the contracted service unless I continued to reach out. All this aside, it's also important to note that she never made our 6 month-out- call prior to me even canceling the content creation portion of the package, already falling short of her contracted services. I have multiple screenshots of Instagram DMs and email chains if anyone would like to see them. Beware!

Our journey with Norma started three years ago, when we became engaged in 2019. Norma met with us and designed a beautiful ceremony ... which didn't get to happen, because it was scheduled for April of 2020. Instead, the pandemic forced us to cancel our wedding. When we told Norma, she offered to marry us right away in a socially distanced outdoor ceremony. She immediately revised the ceremony she had written for us, and the next day she gave us a beautiful wedding with only two witnesses instead of the 200 we had originally planned. Brief list of examples: she often took up to a week to return phone call from the bride, she double booked the bride on more than one occasion for important appointments, she was rude to the church clergy and neglected to properly arrange bride and groom's limo from the church to the reception so they ended up riding the shuttle bus with the guests.
