The home sold in less than 30 days for about $25k more than their recommended listing price. I am accustomed to a 3% listing commission and 3% selling commission. Their communication was awful during the process. The fact that the home sold so quickly had nothing to do with Stephen Cooley Real Estate. There are much better companies in Ft Mill, Rock Hill and Charlotte. All that can say is that I will never use this company again.
