The place has two different dining areas but serve up the same menu items. They also sell huckleberry items such as truffles, chocolates, taffy, jam, coffee. And hot chocolate. The gals at the registers are friendly and helpful with questions on their menu. Restrooms are well maintained and stocked, dining areas were kept tidy, and the food is delicious!! We have stopped in three different times with family on our 2-week visit out there and highly recommend it! I had their Charlie Russell and the Gobbler and both sandwiches were tasty! I also had their mocha and a handful of Huckleberry caramels!!! So, so good!!!

Nice convo with the barista who let us know they make their own bakery items before they open I had a large mocha with cinnamon ombré and will probably get an extra espresso shot next time just because I like mine really strong. I couldn't wait to come back. Unfortunately, the customer service was a mixed experience this time. The person who took our order was very friendly, smiled, and made us feel welcome. The others, however, didn't seem nearly as friendly. They appeared serious and somewhat disorganized. While we were looking at the pastries, we were told that drink orders needed to be placed at a different register on the other side, which was perfectly fine. We placed our drink order there and then moved back to the pastry counter to order our pastries. That's when the process seemed to slow down. It took a while to get everything ordered, and the flow of service felt confusing and unorganized. They also forgot to put the herb biscuit in the bag until it was pointed out. We later realized it hadn't been warmed up either. If I had been taking it somewhere without access to a microwave, I would have been extremely disappointed. On a cold day, a cold bacon and egg biscuit just doesn't work for me. I'd like to think it was simply an off day for a couple of the employees because the person who took our order was genuinely pleasant, and that kind of friendliness makes a big difference. As for the food, it was very good. The almond-filled scone was delicious, the macarons were excellent, and the herb egg and bacon biscuit was great once it was warmed up.

I found limited options from my internet searches but am so glad to have found Bloom and Bean on Yelp! Their website featured lovely pictures, and enough business information to make me feel comfortable ordering something I can't see and trust that they will deliver on time. I ordered their pretty floral bouquet in mason jar, and lavender lemonade! The gift was perfect for my relative! Even nicer - Rebecca at Bloom and Bean confirmed back on my emails and we had a nice back and forth about delivery details. This gave me confidence that my gift would be nice, the delivery would be timely, and how thoughtful communications can instill customer loyalty!

I got the 6 flight because I was having trouble deciding, only finishing 2 of the 6 while still at the shop and bringing the other 4 home. Let me just say this is truly THE BEST ice cream I've had!! It was so creamy, due to their nitrogen processing!! My daughter also got the 6 flight as she wanted to more than sample several of the gluten free options and was able to finish less than half. She too loved the texture and flavors, and YES cinnamon flavored - yummmm!! We'll be enjoying the rest of the week! They do have some take home options and we were told shakes will be coming soon! Also loved the inside, with semi bright colors and a few very cool neon signs! It was pretty busy for a late Saturday afternoon, and I'm sure it will only be busier next time as word gets out. Check their hours as I believe they may have a few things going on as they stand up some new products. Pro-tip: was a little hard for us to find at first, they're on the same side of the shopping center as Subway.
