Even though I always tip 20%, being pressured publicly like that felt like I was being bullied into tipping more or made me question if I do enough - either way it was a negative experience. Between this and the 3% convenience fee for using a card, it feels like this salon cares more about squeezing every penny out of you than the actual client experience.

Long story short, the next day after washing it, it is not..it will take 2-3 month to grow out. I called hoping to talk to a manger. Again the front desk person was pretty rude. Would tell me she couldn't understand me because I was muffled, so id raise my volume and she said she wouldn't talk to me because I was shouting. This went back and forth several times. Finally she said she'd give me an email address. I was driving and couldn't write it down. Told her I had no paper or pen..she finally agreed to give the manager a message. Long story shortish, never got an apology for my frustrations. The only thing offered was a no added cost cut to "fix" it. Oy, cutting off more is not the problem. So sadly, after years of good service. I will never go back because of the poor front desk staff and that the manager also has a communication style I personally find triggering and not at all conflict soothing. Now she's in a new office and has convenient appointments available. The new location is very clean, well decorated, and perfect for a massage. I'm a sucker for a heated table, what can I say. Her quality? Fantastic. Very attentive to your needs, and responsive to requests. She does an absolute fantastic job on the trouble spots and does an overall excellent job. A couple of major pluses: Affordable rates that are below what seems to be the standard prices elsewhere. There is also online appointment booking, so no need to call, leave a message, be called back, and on and on. I've had a lot of massages by a lot of different people around town. Now that I've reconnected with Susan, this is where I'm going from now on.

She said she was booked and gave me very limited times that didn't work for my schedule. I also rearranged my schedule to make these appointments work and both were cancelled with little or no notice.
