On one occasion, I received multiple phone calls in the same day asking why I had scheduled an appointment before my ultrasound was completed. I repeatedly explained that the appointment was to discuss the results of a previous ultrasound, which had already been completed and was in my chart. Despite explaining this several times, they continued to question me. The final issue that led me to cancel my care was when I was scheduled for an endoscopy. No one contacted me beforehand to explain what my out-of-pocket cost would be. Since my procedure was the next day, I called the office because I didn't want to be surprised by a large bill. I spoke with Maggie, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to my concerns, she repeatedly talked over me while I was simply trying to understand why the office couldn't provide an estimate after obtaining the insurance authorization. It felt like the office was focused on getting paid by the insurance company but not on making sure patients understood their financial responsibility ahead of time. Instead of helping, Maggie told me to call my insurance company or the surgery center myself. I explained that I didn't understand why I had to make multiple phone calls when the procedure had been scheduled through their office. Even after I politely asked her to let me finish speaking, she continued interrupting me and eventually hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for many years, and throughout the conversation I remained respectful. There was nothing that justified ending the call that way. As a result of this experience, I canceled my procedure and will be finding another gastroenterologist. The physician may be excellent, but the office staff's communication, professionalism, and customer service need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

When I finally asked the front desk what was going on, they told me to wait another 5-10 minutes even though they close at 5 PM. I said I wanted to cancel, and the staff member didn't even apologize for the delay or the wasted time. I wasted an entire hour between driving there, sitting in their waiting room, and driving back home. Totally unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they manage appointments and treat first-time clients, I would never trust them with a laser.

My only concern was that I saw so little of her but her staff was vary helpful and it's good I don't become overly dependant on my Dr which is easy with her being so young, beautiful and over 25 years of experience probably making her in high demand.

See all 1 star reviews! I wish there was a no star option. Made 1st appt 9 months ago, get to office they told me to go to. It's permanently closed. Appointment didn't happen. 9 weeks later was 1st available appt at another office. Get there, not on their books. Finally, 9 months after initial contact with doctor, had consultation in his dirty, run down office. Get a paper w/instructions for my pre-procedure prep but it's illegible (see photo) so I called office to send a new one after they bought an ink cartridge...new paper arrived in mail looking exactly the same. I don't trust a doctor who cant afford to replace an ink cartridge. Arrive at 6 am for my procedure only to be told I'm not on the schedule!! After I took my last paid day off of work, paid a sitter to get my kids up and drive them to school, and an Uber to get to the hospital, AND I had to pay for an over the counter prep because "Dr." Reddy forgot to sign the prescription pad!!! Pharmacy calls number on pad. It's disconnected. They google the address on the script...office listed as "permanently closed." It was a Saturday so, by the time my pharmacy was able to find the correct phone number, the doctor was unreachable. I went through a LONG, miserable prep just to be told there was a scheduling error. Also, there were 2 other people at the hospital with the same 7:30 am procedure time I was supposed to have. Not sure how Dr. Reddy planned on performing 3 procedures at once...but with this guy, I wouldn't be surprised if he one hand in someone's gut and the other hand up someone's butt at the same time. On my way out of this sh*t show, a staff member said, "It's probably for the best" with a wink. And I am relieved now that I couldn't have the procedure. Everything about this guy screams "Staph infection coming your way courtesy of Dr. Reddy." I tried calling his office upon my return home only to be disconnected 3 times before I was able to talk to a human (who said my appt is today at 7:30 and that he has no idea why I wasn't on the schedule. Woops, sorry! Would you like to reschedule for July? JULY?! Hell No. I have already filed a complaint online with the California Medical Board and I encourage every patient to do so. Dr. Reddy is hazardous to your health. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
