Kim Florist and her husband were amazing! We decided to have our wedding last minute and wanted to see if anybody could whip together a wedding bouquet, boutonnières, and centerpieces. We walked in and basically explained our vision with some reference photos and they were able to confirm all our requests, as well as get everything arranged in only 3 weeks. I also wanted to get a regular bouquet for a surprise bridal shower and they accommodated that as well within a week. We were very satisfied with our end product. The flowers they chose were very nice, even throwing in some flowers that weren't in season until next month. They also help do delivery if your event is local in the SGV. They also do a great job of explaining that different flowers they're using, as well as cost based on season and what's available. read more

May have found my go-to florist in the sgv area. You really can't get much better than this for the price. I called and gave a really rough description of what I wanted .. "Pink, pastel, around $50." Really not much to work with, but Kim Florist was able to output such a beautiful piece. It was ready in an hour. At kim's I bought some flowers for Mother's Day for my Grandma we did not expect such high quality flowers from kim's. The good part was that they were very fast and completed it under an hour the people were very nice and the business is family owned! Came in for a last-minute Mother's Day bouquet with my friend. I ended up being super indecisive so I didn't buy anything since I wanted to check out another store (which I regret). The man helping us out was really patient with my friend who had a hard time deciding what to get within her budget. In the end she settled on some wrapped carnations-- 12 for $25. They look amazing (pink and yellow with baby's breath= A+ combination). This was done in less than 20 minutes for a walk-in. Got a floral bouquet from here for my birthday and it was honestly the worst quality bouquet I've ever received in my life. Extremely disappointed. After one day, more than half of the flowers were wilted and the balloon started to lose air. Picture is attached, I'm sad I didn't get to take a picture of it the first day! I got home late and the next morning this is what I see. I kept it indoors too and it had water in the bottom, so not sure what else could've happened other than the flowers not being fresh. This is the first time ever getting flowers from here and I would not recommend it. Small shop within walking distance from my house but biggest mistake of coming here. read more

I've ordered here for two occasions on the phone and their customer service is very accommodating and will give suggestions on appropriate flowers you're looking for . Delivery also . Two sympathy bouquets and one custom flower lei for a Hawaiian themed party . It was nice for them to custom make my lei, as it was not in graduation season.
