I compared my other options at other insurance companies and could definitely not beat the offers he told me about. Was super friendly and professional at the same time. Doesn't give that salesman attitude a lot of other places give, instead gives a total genuine vibe that makes me feel as a customer that he just wants to help me be covered the best and cost efficient way possible. Will definitely stick around and refer friends/fam! Unless other wise I'll be back and update my rating but i don't see that happening with an awesome representative like this fella. Thanks Shawn!

Well I'm back again and this time as a customer!…read more Let me just first start off by saying that Shawn Phan made the process of getting an insurance quote for my new car about as pain free as could possibly be. I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from? If you haven't bothered to get a quote from Allstate do yourself a favor and stop by and pay a visit to David and Shawn, I PROMISE they will take great care of you.

I really regret going with this insurance agency. I never felt I received quality service. There was very poor communication afterwards with most of her emails referring to what holidays her office would be closed. Let me tell you when you are facing losing your home insurance it is a very stressful time. Two days before my insurance was to expire she sent me an email stating she was ready to give me a quote, by that time I had lost faith in her and had moved on. I do not recommend this insurance agency.

We have had Progressive Insurance on our motor homes for years, having chosen them because of the…read moreease of purchasing coverage online without having to use an agent, and also because of their low cost. We had two claims in 2017, and Progressive settled both of them fairly. In January of 2017 the roof coating of our coach was destroyed as I drove through a severe wind storm on I-15 near Cajon Pass in Southern California. They paid something around $10,000 for a new roof at my choice of repair facility. The claim was handled pretty slowly at first as I waited about a week or so for the adjuster to inspect the damage. But after that delay I was pleased by their service. I agreed to wait a month or so for the facility to get to my coach, but they kept it inside and under cover the entire time and that was an important consideration. I wanted it done right and they were the best place for such work. There were other delays at the facility but the job was done very well and I was very pleased with the new roof. Photos and repair story are here: https://fishwisher.wordpress.com/2017/04/10/cecil-the-diesel-gets-a-new-roof/ In October of 2017, driving the same coach along US50 in Kansas, a driver pulled in front of us from a stop sign, causing a terrible accident that resulted in his death. We were uninjured, but the coach was totaled due to the extensive front end damage. Progressive paid us the agreed value of the coach in a very timely manner although the accident was entirely the other driver's fault. They then recovered their costs from the other driver's insurance company. We were very pleased with their response after that awful experience. Story and photos of the accident are here: https://fishwisher.wordpress.com/2017/09/25/a-fall-cross-country-adventure/ We were able to purchase another coach within a month or so of the accident, and we again chose Progressive as our insurance carrier - not only because they paid our claims fairly, but also because their price was the lowest cost coverage. We'll be staying with Progressive for a long, long time!

I got my car broken into a couple days ago, and my deductible can't even cover it. This isn't the first time that my car had been vandalized before either. At this point, they're getting away with so much it's not even funny. On top of paying these scammers for making sure they insure us, we still have to deal with the financial burdens of things that sometimes we didn't even cause to begin with.
