6/2025 I have been living at Delray Apartments for a little over a month now. I started looking for…read morea new place about 2 months prior. I made an appointment to tour the complex and amenities and that's when I met Daniel. He showed me the floor plan I requested to see which I loved. He also showed me another floorplan, the Destin, I was not considering but I ended up selecting. The open layout with all the cabinet space in the kitchen sold me on this particular model. After touring about 10 other complexes in the area, this was the one I selected to submit a rental application. Being that I was looking for a place about 60 days out, I had a couple units to pick from that worked with my timeline. Daniel kept in touch with me through the application and move in process. He had great communication via text. He was able to help me out with a few questions I had along the way. The front office has had great customer service from the few interactions I've had. Daniel made my move-in day process super easy. He made sure everything was ready, walked me to the unit and made sure everything was good to go. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed from the move-in inspection that Daniel and the maintenance team took care of immediately. Small things like replacing hardware and outlets not working were quickly fixed and truly make my new apartment feel like home. So far I have been here over a month and have not had any issues. Anything I needed fixed, maintenance addressed it immediately. I like how safe and quiet the complex feels. The amenities are nice. What I really liked is that there were no separate charges for a parking spot since each unit comes with its own assigned parking spot. The units also have a full size washer and dryer which are a must have for me. The A/C works great. I also appreciate how they recently power washed the outside of the apartment buildings to make sure that they stay clean. The apartment I moved into actually ended up being $5 cheaper than the smaller, outdated apartment I lived in before. What sold me was really the updated finishes and the fact they only had carpet in the bedroom. If your looking for an apartment in this area, I would definitely recommend touring Delray Apartments. You just might be surprised to find your new home.

Let me just tell you my experience with home buying before Nema. I went through two other Agents…read morewho wouldn't help me because they thought my low loan wasn't worth their time. The other was never responsive, never would reply to any of my messages or calls (along with the lender I had). I got so upset and almost gave up, until someone reached out to me saying they knew someone that would be an agent for me instead of more for themselves. I took that chance and called Nema. He was extremely responsive to every single text and call. He made things happen for me! I had trouble with a lender not wanting to work with me because our va loan and finding a lender to approve a mobile home through va (hard to find one that will accept mobile homes). I told Nema I believe that I needed a new lender. He found me a lender within minutes. He made things that were so hard with other agents and lenders, so easy for me. He answered every single question I've asked. No matter the time or day, he was responsive. After struggling to find a home for so long with no help, I have one now pending! If I ever buy another home, I will not call anyone, besides Nema. I have never found someone so helpful and responsive in this home buying process. Nema sent me listings, where as the other agents did not once do; I had to do that myself. Nema literally walked me through everything. Nema is by far the best. Five star rating in every area!

We were upfront from the beginning that we had credit issues before we ever put in our application…read morefor a home. We were told numerous times that as long as we made 3x the rent and had great rental history, the credit wouldnt matter. That was a lie. We received an IMMEDIATE disqualification after sending them $200 for 2 people. We asked why the automatic denial and they just said that we had credit issues. They acted like we blindsided them. We even asked about getting a co-signer to help alleviate the risk. They said "it's a hard no". Wtf is that? We're not delusional...we know the credit problems make us a risk. But to just steal money like that is really terrible business. What do these landlords think we're doing? CHOOSING to rent? If our credit was good...we would just buy the house. We're renting because we're working on our credit. You guys have lost your minds.
