When I booked and confirmed the booking was for two cleaners for six hours and quoted at $279.35. Three hours into the cleaning, the cleaners said it would be more money. It was an empty suite and not that dirty. I refused to pay extra as that was not what was agreed upon booking. Twice the company stated they would honor the original quoted price then refused at the end, told me the supervisor Axel who booked me misquoted the job and I now had to pay $485, tried calling this supervisor and we finally connected. I explained the original quote was what was agreed upon and did not think paying extra was fair. After discussion and an agreement for me to pay the original amount, my card was refunded the extra charge so I have adjusted my review since we have resolved the issue. Axel also offered me an additional service ftom his company, which I felt would be taking advantage of the situation to accept BUT I do appreciate he made the offer. I have no issue with the work the cleaners did, they only missed two minor areas to clean but overall they did a very professional job. My concern was over the discrepancy in the billing which we has been taken care of.

Did not get the cleaning I requested yet paid above the quoted price. Owner did not go out of their way to fix the issue. I would never recommend Tu's Sparklean Cleaning Services to anyone. Business is not transparent, no website, and the owner seems to live in the shadows. Also, company only accepts cash. No way to get a refund for shoddy services.

They were at my condo for about three hours total and were very thorough, cleaning all the bathrooms until they shined, they even cleaned the garbage cans. Definitely worth it as a treat before the holidays or company comes to visit, I have recommended them to friends and would use them again.
