A checklist was provided listing everything they did. Cleaners were friendly but over time, it really went downhill. We came back from Christmas vacation to a note stating that they couldn't complete the job (it was only partially done). Which to me, is completely unacceptable as the house wasn't in disarray and we pay for the service to be provided in full. A couple of weeks later, they showed up a full 2 hours earlier than their scheduled time and when I said I needed 15 minutes to tidy up the master bedroom (after taking a shower), they said they wouldn't be able to finish the job! After sending the cleaners home and speaking with their head office, they refused to acknowledge the lack of communication and never apologized for the poor service. Just a bunch of excuses about how they are busy with hundreds of clients and that they 'sent an email' which was absolutely never received.
