Bruce was the project manager and did a great job of making sure everything was done in a timely manner. He was always available for any questions I had. Kelsey has a great eye for design and being able to match everything from paint color to tile to flooring. Cecily had the vision and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our home without going beyond our budget. The flow of the kitchen is now "family friendly" and modern. I love entertaining in it and having family gatherings. The bathrooms are up to date with clean lines and the ensuite seems bigger! The main floor is now my favorite place to hang out and relax. They were knowledgable, had a lot of different ideas and were able to switch gears when we wanted to go different directions. The customer service is 2nd to none! The work they accomplished was exceptional and we were so proud to show-case our house not just to our family and friends but on social media. They made the whole process pretty easy because they have great experience working with all types of people - both sub-contractors and customers. And most importantly, they love their jobs! Epic roofing took care of all the repairs to the damaged windows, roofing and siding. I found Tyson Toth and Aaron Tombe a true pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Years later in spring of 2021 a windstorm blew off some of the siding and the fascia. One phone call to their Service project Coordinator, Allison Hillaby is all it took to get some action. They held to their guarantee and workmanship from six years ago with absolutely no qualms or resistance.
