My mom was here after heart surgery and they neglected to treat an infection that was in her wound…read morein her leg from the procedure. The infection got so bad that by the time they sent her for treatment she had to be admitted immediately and sent for emergency surgery to remove the infection and the dead tissue. The wound is now a huge open wound and needs to be treated with a wound vac in order to heal. Due to this her recovery has been put on hold and she's still in rehab (another one of course). I mentioned to nurses plenty of times that her wound looked infected and wasn't getting the care it needed and no one cared. I also left numerous voicemails for her case manager Courtney ( who didn't call me back until my mother was in surgery) to tell her about the infection but because she didn't call me back she wasn't aware of how severe it was. There is no communication there. They did treat her with antibiotics a few days before sending her for treatment but by then the infection was so bad that the antibiotics weren't doing enough. Please do not send your loved ones here. Look around at other options. Don't go with the closest option you have like I did. I regret it everyday. This place now goes by Advinia Care in Salem

Both Michelle's are great to work with and kept things challenging but still fun. Most importantly, they truly have deep expertise in feet/ankle injuries. Happy to say I'm on a break from going there (although still do my routine at home) which is the first time I've been able to say that in almost 4 years since my accident :-).
