The price was better than other locations and my office feels more like an office space rather than a cubicle with walls! A bunch of bad reviews on google but they must have been listening to the reviews because I don't recognize any of the employees mentioned. Glad I didn't read the reviews before checking them out!

Stay away. Go with Kiln…read more Sadly I am forced to leave a very negative review of this business. I say sadly because in terms of the actual physical facilities provided, and the office folks who interacted with me and my team on-site, Regus was a good find. Unfortunately, seemingly under the pressure of Covid-19 and the obvious decline in revenue that this has had on businesses such as this, Regus has resorted to unprofessional and immoral approaches to get money out of existing customers. After first going through a phase of "call the clients and try to commit them to extending contracts" (a perfectly understandable and wise thing to do), they seem to have gotten desperate. Shortly after declining offers to renew our annual contract (which ended in a few months) we received an invoice with charges for services we had never requested, never been approached about, never used, and never been billed for - supposedly for "tea and coffee services" (none of my team drink tea or coffee...). These charges were being assessed at the end of November and attributed to October (i.e. they were retroactively applying them) - and totaled $360! For "Kitchen Amenities"! - according to the invoice. As mentioned, we were nearing the end of an annual contract that we had signed approximately 11 months earlier - and we had never been formally approached, billed, or asked in any way about such charges during this time. This is relevant because when I confronted Regus management about these charges they claimed that these services were automatically added to our contract when we first signed and that all clients are automatically enrolled unless they opt-out of these services. It is possible that the kind staff worker who helped us setup our account had asked verbally if we wanted such service and that we verbally declined (I don't claim to remember all of the details of that conversation), and that in this way we HAD opted out and never gave the issue a second thought, but the simple FACT is that after nearly a YEAR of not being charged for this unwanted, unused, and overpriced service - for it to suddenly appear on our invoice clearly contradicts the "you didn't opt out of the automatic enrollment when you signed your contract" claim. Never mind the fact that requiring a business to "opt-out" of a hidden cost such as this is a great way to advertise that you aren't trustworthy in the first place... My conversation with the manager about this issue was extremely nauseating. Lots of "ums" and "ahs" and general discomfort coming from his side as he tried everything he could to squirm around a very obvious money grab. He actually claimed that our account was unavailable to him as we spoke because something was wrong with their servers or some such nonsense - strange that I was able to access it in seconds on my end. Considering the long pauses and increasing discomfort in his voice as we talked it HONESTLY seemed/seems to me that he was looking over our account and seeing that nothing about this was making sense and that his pathetic attempts to "inform me" weren't matching the facts in our billing history etc. Needless to say I quickly found the magical and rather hidden "opt-out" button on their website and opted us out then and there... In the end I was sent an "apology" informing me that it was apparently my fault that we were being charged because I hadn't opted out previously (with no mention of our billing history etc. that contradicted the notion that we had been enrolled 10 months prior) and the typical "there is no way for us to refund your money" - claim. Ultimately Regus has lost my confidence and my future business. I cannot work with an organization that I feel I would need to be watching out of the corner of my eye, and that would prioritize a few hundred dollars over doing the right thing. We will be needing office space after the Covid pandemic ends, and we will be looking for it elsewhere. ...I've heard nothing but good things about Kiln.
