I would consider this another traditional pub, with a twist of Americano and European . I can certainly understand that they would be busy on popular nights if not most nights, and the ambience would be loud but expect greatness from this place

Mostly burgers named after famous Waterford hurlers. (I can only imagine the late night drinking session arguing whether John Mullane resembled a bacon and cheese burger or Brick Walsh sounded like a Brie man) Anyway, the burgers were pretty good, service was excellent and they were even able to magic up a couple of decent cocktails not on their menu. We'll be back.
