Loved my time skiing at Killington. It was my first time, and everything went smoothly starting from rental to dining at the food court to having beers at the long trail pub. The views on top of the slopes is breathtaking! Though it was really cold, it was totally worth it. I loved how they had multiple green trails and easy to get on and off the lifts. Will def be back again!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend in late October. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed! The room was cozy and warm and had a great view of the mountain with beautiful foliage, it was raining when we were there, but the atmosphere was perfect! Our room had a balcony and a fireplace too! Our dinner was really good (I'm GF and it was safe for me too) and we had some drinks, there were a few other people there and it was very nice! We will absolutely stay here again!

significantly increased the cost of food to a ridiculous amount...

they significantly increased the price of food. 4 chicken tenders and mac and cheese is $22 + tax. A hamburger $25. Feels like taking advantage of customers.

the lodges were very nice. clean the staff were friendly. it is expensive though. 2 beers were $34 total and a salad was $25. try to pack snacks to save money!

This place is a masterclass in neglect. The ski infrastructure is severely dilapidated, outdated,…read moreand constantly breaking down. Lifts stop, crawl, or fail outright. The lifties are nice, but they're stuck managing equipment that should've been replaced years ago. Reddit skiers have been saying the same thing for years: "lifts constantly down," "painfully slow," and "not worth the ticket price." Many warn you'll spend more time waiting than skiing. Alta has zero incentive to invest with Killington right up the road doing everything better. Calling this a "ski resort" is generous. If you value your time or money, drive by and keep going.

Pico is a separate part of Killington Resort with a primarily local clientele and devoid of the road raging attitudes of some of the visitors. It has a genuinely New England vibe from the parking lot all the way to the top of the mountain. The parking lots have plenty of space. The main lodge has a New England functional vibe, a bit rough and that's how people like it. Once on the slopes, the trails tend to be very New England, with narrow trails, plenty of tight tree glades, and one high speed with the rest of the lifts being fixed quads. Sking Pico is a pleasure. It may not have the vertical of Killington, with just under 2,000 at Pico and 3,000 at Killington. But what it lacks in vertical it more than makes up in customer experience. Killington's ethos is "The Beast", loud, boisterous, gargantuan.... Pico is the exact opposite. Quiet, friendly, local, sedate. Ambassadors and Ski Patrol will assist you anywhere. The food at the cafeteria doesn't have a French name but it's wholesome, hearty, tasty. Loooooong ago, there was a move to connect Killington and Pico with cross trails to each. Massive local opposition and ecological issues put a kabash on the idea. As a result, Pico is next to Killington but it's another world in ski experience.

Mountain Green is a cut above these places as the condos and the public spaces may not be luxury, however MG is definitely not a dump. The place is clean and fairly well maintained. Also, all of the condos are on one electronic key system, like a hotel. There is also a front desk. This is useful as during our stay, our keys stopped working and we had to get them replaced. No big deal, we popped into the office and got new keys. The best part of Mountain Green, whole reason you go to Killington, is that it is about a 10 minute walk to the lifts.
