The serving sizes are huge and we weren't able to finish both meals. There are pool tables inside that are extraordinarily expensive, so we only played about two games. There was live music (country folk), which is likely what drew the crowd. SCENE: During our visit, Deadwood was located underground, under a casino / hotel. But according to their recently updated websites, the Deadwood Tobacco Company has moved to the Mason Building and now sits street-level in a new 7,000' facility next to the Silverado Casino. The owner and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and engaging. The wine list is extensive and evolving. They have other drinks too if wine isn't your thing. My favorite place to be is seated in a barstool at the counter with a nice glass of red in hand, getting to know the people around me. I'm so happy this place exists and highly recommend it.
