Great service! The cookie was served warm and moist. My first bite in: I wish the cookie had more chocolate chips! Bummer! It had too much dough considering the thickness of the cookie. Overall, for the price of the cookie both monetarily and calorically speaking, I'd rather have more gooey chocolate chips in each bite! Perhaps Crumbl can have an Xtra Chocolate Chip cookie option for those that want extra! Regardless, the cookie was delicious! The staff are what make this bakery magical. Everyone was so so nice and helpful. They were even extra sweet to my friend and threw in a freebie for her as she is having her baby soon. The staff answered all my questions as it was my first time and were knowledgeable about the menu. I walked out with some delicious thin chocolate chip cookies and my friend got a cupcake.
