Their Brooklyn store is clean and spacious, and the staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. I went to their green k-beauty potluck popup featuring Toboco, Melixir and Hyaah. I've never heard of these brands but I really liked what I tried! My favorites are Tocobo's plumping lip oil, Hyaah's mask pad, and Melixir's vegan sunscreen and lip treatment. At this popup, you can even scoop up as much as you can in 10 seconds, from a bucket filled with full size bestselling products. I was terribly bad at this game and still won a full size Toboco lip mask, but people in front of me won 2 to 3 full size products! They also have viral k-beauty brands like fwee, Laka, cologram, tir tir, numbuzin, UNOVE, laneige, and more.

Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner is the last thing I put in my hair after conditioning, for a little bit of that intoxicating jasmine scent. It actually smells like real jasmine. Grass shower gel, as I recall, smelled like freshly cut grass on a sunny summer day. Lush managed to get these two popular scents exactly like Mother Nature made them. Please do not discontinue these two items! Please do not close any more stores! This is where someone gets my Christmas presents. The Grass gel is sold out online. Please restock and I will place an order for the large bottle. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was extremely rude and…read moreunhelpful. Simple questions that should take seconds to answer resulted in long holds, only to receive vague, unhelpful responses. When I asked why the delay for such an offhand answer, the manager replied, "I have stuff to do," which was unprofessional and dismissive of my time and concerns. When I called back to speak with the store manager, he answered with "hello," then placed the phone down and never returned. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I work with pharmacies daily and have never encountered service this poor. Past reviews suggested this location was reliable, which makes me wonder if management has changed. I strongly recommend considering other pharmacies if possible.

She responded impatiently, stated she didn't know the difference, and appeared annoyed when asking another employee. The employees name was Lyanne. When I asked about coupons, she said she had been "yelling to the line" to load coupons before reaching the register and asked if I "did not hear" her, which felt disrespectful.A different employee told me it was 30% off which is why I was confused. I started to look for that employee and she dismissed me saying it "didn't matter anyway" and continued to huff, make remarks under her breath, and rush me through the transaction. When my coupon did not work, she repeatedly pushed me to open a credit card. After I declined, she said, "Well then you're not trying to save money," which I found inappropriate I don't want a credit card I just wanted the discount. The overall interaction was rude and uncomfortable, especially during the holiday season. This does not reflect the level of service I expect from Ulta.
