I became a Kiehl's convert after stealing my boyfriends 'Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream' a few years ago (just don't tell him that). And I've continued to use this fantastic product and other great things from their shop ever since.
They specialize in face, body, hair, fragrance, sun and even a baby range. Their range is very unique, with great modern yet classic packaging (an updated version of their first style from 1851) and I've found their dermatologist solutions to work particularly well.
The shop can get very busy, although much less than their other store in Covent Garden, and the staff aren't particularly helpful if you're not sure what you're looking for (I found this out during my first trips here). I suggest you have a browse on their internet site, which is very clear and can point you in the right direction, before you arrive as Kiehl's has a very particular following and the shop is full of people who are just restocking. Also, if you have a look on the internet you can fill out a 'personalised consultation' form and appropriate recommendations will be replied back to you so you can figure out what you want without even leaving the couch. read more
