Now well updated it has more interesting and luxury brands as well as the usual suspects. I especially rate the Biotherm counter. The French spa-ingredient based products are not the cheapest but are good quality and a pleasure to use. I recommend a consultation here where they test your skin moisture, hydration and collagen levels (in a quick pain-free way!) and will happily provide you with samples so that you can try before you buy.

As the previous review mentioned they do not have a large range that you would expect from one of their own stores but they also stock Molton Brown in John lewis. The Molton Brown products I bought in the past are expensive but smell beautiful. The only downside is you must use them and not keep them for special occasions as they loose their smell.

She's a very hard person to buy for, but i know she loves Molton Brown. I was stuck what to buy so a very friendly shop assistant helped me pick this perfect gift for her. She was happy to help me for however long it took to choose my gift, i never felt liked i was being rushed. The shop is laid out beautiful and you normally just want to buy everything because it is so so pretty. However, the price stops me. It can be very expensive, but if you are buying the product as a gift you don't mind paying that little bit extra fo a great name. The store is located along The Village and is right opposite Diesel.

The staff can be a little abrupt but this may be because it is a very busy store and because it isn't clear where to queue up sometimes people get irritated. I love the fact that you get advantage card points in boots with their loyalty card and the boots branch in Peckham is very good at asking if you have your card or validating your receipts for you so you can claim your points next time you go in store. Can be a little expensive compared to other shops on the high street but the points are worth it!

The shop is mainly used by local people to collect their prescriptions and to pick up the odd items that they might need. The shop is very cramped although very tidy with well stocked shelves. And I've continued to use this fantastic product and other great things from their shop ever since. They specialize in face, body, hair, fragrance, sun and even a baby range. Their range is very unique, with great modern yet classic packaging (an updated version of their first style from 1851) and I've found their dermatologist solutions to work particularly well. The shop can get very busy, although much less than their other store in Covent Garden, and the staff aren't particularly helpful if you're not sure what you're looking for (I found this out during my first trips here). I suggest you have a browse on their internet site, which is very clear and can point you in the right direction, before you arrive as Kiehl's has a very particular following and the shop is full of people who are just restocking. Also, if you have a look on the internet you can fill out a 'personalised consultation' form and appropriate recommendations will be replied back to you so you can figure out what you want without even leaving the couch.

But this is not why this store gets 5 stars- no no. This store gets 5 stars because the staff are incredible; the women who served me here were knowledgeable about all of the products on offer, listened to what I was looking for, gave me lots of useful assistance and advice, recommended the right products for me, gave me a lollipop and generally were fantastic. They managed to get me- a humble student- to buy five different products due to their easy going, helpful sales skills, and I never normally spend any money on anything, preferring to find food and clothing in skips than splash my cash. The store is small but stocked with every Kiehls product known to man, and I left armed not only with my new products but about 20 sachets of testers for other products the ladies thought might be good for me. The testers are amazing. I will be going back.
