Mr. Copy printed 30 high-quality, 2-sided, color brochures for me at a cost of $30.00 plus tax, which equates to $0.50/color copy. The brochures were printed quickly while I waited. I could have emailed in my document for "no-waiting" service but chose to bring it in on a flash drive. The printshop and front desk area are clean and well organized; and there's ample (6 or 8 spaces) parking, which is a much-appreciated factor since the location is on or very near the busy Indiana University campus. I definitely plan to revisit Mr. Copy for my future printing needs.

First, I'll say the help we received over the phone was very good and patient from the young woman who answered my call. The integration of Canva into the OD website is the real issue. It's not intuitive at ALL. Once you upload your photos and choose a size to print it links you to Canva and this is where things take a turn. I've used Canva to make a number of logos before and I'm familiar, however this is a nightmare that goes nowhere for editing prints. Office Depot needs to do something about how the interface works on the Canva side of their website because even when you edit there's no clear way to see that it's accepted the edit. Theres no "done" or "save" button to move on and ensure items are saved let alone to move onto paying. My sister and I both have fought this portion on the website fir two days trying to get photos printed for a graduation party. We literally abandoned this idea of doing this digitally through the site. A thumb drive will have to do to be taken for print. Office Depot is making things hard for a generation that knows how to use this technology, what is it doing to people who literally struggle on the daily? This should be simple for all guests using their site.

The result is that the last couple of times we have used him it has taken a few weeks longer than projected to get our materials. The last time we used WR, we actually waited for close to three months for something to be corrected that we needed in order to release a new product. We attempted to contact him repeatedly only to be told "I'll light a fire under him, don't worry!" "He's really backed up right now!" or something similar, but we never heard from the owner. We had to finally get the materials back from him and send them to someone else, and the person we sent them to returned a corrected version in less than an hour. really like the owner, and I hate that things have turned out like this, but we won't use him again.
