This is such a heart warmingly beautiful children's clothing shop, with many just as beautiful items of clothing. The colours are subtle and has good mood lighting, no nasty fluros. Unfortunately my child has outgrown this size by several years so I won't be making any purchases today but who knows there's always room for more in regards to relatives. The owner sources Australian name brands and also ventures further afield overseas to France, New Zealand and off the mainland to Tasmania. She searches for and acquires quality, organic certified cotton and merino wool made products. There is also a trend towards transforming cuts of vintage fabric into other clothing creations and is included in this store, the feel of soft old cotton brings back memories. Boys are not excluded from the collection as there is a good choice in store, plus lots of soft toys, accessories for girls, socks and shoes. It's located in the mall leading to the Woolworths supermarket and even if your kids are too old or you don't have any children, it's worth a browse simply for its looks.

The clothing available is absolutely charming, I don't have kids, but this store makes me fall into that slightly clucky mood when I look at all the little outfits. nawww. There are this cute little soft toys available too that are just a little left of centre, not your average multi-produced toys. lovely.

Not because it is particularly Harbour Town itself but because they are all factory direct or clearance outlets so their prices are all great (well on 80% of their stock at least). Anywho..........this is another store that is everywhere but i don't really visit it anywhere else or make purchases from any other locations. As none of them have the same specials as Harbour Town do. I have managed to get my child some great stuff here. Especially in the under 10 years old age group as they have heaps and heaps of brand stuff. Like towels with Ben 10, t-shirts with Lightning McQueen, pj's with Spiderman, etc and of course for the girls it's all Bratz, Dora the Explorer and Barbie. i also got some fantastic winter flannelette pyjama's here for my kids in the Simpsons for only about $10 a pair. I would rather save up $100 and go here and I would get a lot more for my money than shopping elsewhere, and it makes the trip down there worthwhile.

It's amazing that you can even fit in there. Kids Who at Harbour Town is the opposite. It's a very large and open store. Plenty of room to browse the store in a comfortable manner. I may not have kids, but I'm still a fan of Kids Who. My mum would buy me clothes from here when I was little and I always loved them, along with my younger siblings. The shelves are well stocked with plenty to choose from, the staff are great and the prices are as low as you can get. Two thumbs up from me.

Their girls' dresses are very fashionable, the kind of thing my fashion-conscious 12-year-old niece would happily wear. They're basically miniature versions of Supre maxi-dresses, just a little nicer. The boys' clothing range is very limited, crammed into one short wall by the encroaching girls' clothes. They have cute checkered shirts and shorts that would suit younger boys. There are have a lot of good gift options for girls, including a cute range of make-up and headbands, even some sparkly thongs. Their 'old-school' range of toys is cute, but probably appeals more to parents than kids. They sell chalk in small wooden boxes along with bags of marbles. The colorful headphones beside the marbles would likely appeal more to older children. One thing that bemuses me are the black flapper dresses in the girls' section; they seem so out of place!

Gumboots has a lovely variety of clothes for young girls and possibly some young teenagers who can't seem to fit into adult clothes yet. The boys clothes are just as great but they stock a very limmited selection. Other Gumboots stores could be different. I may be too old to shop here, but I have to be honest some of the accessories got my attention! I'd definitely spend my money here on gifts for my younger sisters. They have a nice selection of make-up, toys and hair accessories. A decent store for young girls to dress up and feel like a princess.

I hosted my son's party here and I've never seen a bunch of kids more relaxed, composed and quiet in a party environment. Everyone was so immersed constructing Lego cars, towers and trucks. The party games were fantastic and kept everyone busy from drop off to pick up. I loved how every kid got a special Lego item during 'Pass The Parcel' game. No one was left out, and everyone got a special memento to take home. Party guests receive a party bag with lollies and one Lego character. Apart from parties, they host school holiday activities, corporate events and more! The shop has a beautiful stock of Lego, carrying themes from Harry Potter, Star Wars, Ninjago....you get the drift I'm sure. Laygo gets my thumbs up, will definitely be back for more Laygo fun!

Decided to have a fifth birthday party here close to the date of the review…read more On arrival we were met by our hostess and given an explanation of what was to come. The front of house has a very large collection of Lego for the "child" in all of us and the back of house contains two rooms, one large room for hosting the party and another where the adults can have a sit down and catch up with other parents or check out their Facebook status on their iphones. The Lego Party room is huge. Brightly coloured drapes covering the walls, as well as posters of the different models of Lego both on the wall and hanging from the ceilings, give a very festive air to the whole room. Bring your camera! In the middle of the room is a large rectangular table that caters for about 20 kids. At the back of the room in separate containers and trays are enough Lego pieces to build the Taj Mahal of all Lego structures. It was a great 1.5 hours with even the children you would consider shy came around quickly and starting to immerse themselves in the creation of their own Lego masterpieces! A few games later and a lucky dip and kids all left with smiles on faces. All the kids (and even a few mums and dads) participated in building using Lego and enjoyed themselves. Best thing is that someone else has to find those little bits of Lego that invariably make their way into corners, under chairs and tabled etc. A great day all round, it was well catered and organised.
