The sale staff are ok, when you want to buy something. However, if you have any issues with your purchase afterwards, we found that the customer service for existing customers is really terrible! It seems once the purchase is done, they stop carrying about you and your needs.
We bought a bugaboo cameleon from Baby bunting. One of the safety harness clips got broken, so we returned the pram to the shop for replacement. We had to wait 2 months to get our pram fixed!! We had to travel to the shop 5 times (which is not what we want to do on the weekends with our little one)!! First they gave us a faulty replacement pram, which we didn't realise was faulty until we came home. Then they didn't have a bugaboo replacement to give us, so they gave us a different pram for a week. After 2-3 weeks we received a call that the pram's new part has arrived, however, when we got to the shop they realised that they ordered a wrong part!! So, we had to wait again! A number of times, when we called the shop to ask, if the part has arrived, we were put on hold for 30mins and couldn't get any info. After 4 weeks of waiting, when we finally spoken to someone, they informed us that the part has arrived 1.5 weeks ago, but they never bothered to call us to let us know!!
Basically, their prices might seem attractive and competitive compare to other baby shops in the area, but we wouldn't shop their again. We end up spending unnecessary time and energy driving there and back, only to receive a sub-standard customer care service! It's not worth a couple of dollars of savings... read more
