They are also too rigid with scheduling we travel an hour each way to either location and I only have my child every other week. I'm being told AFTER going through an evaluation that my child won't be allowed to do a biweekly therapy schedule - something we have done at many other practices! I was offered "flex" but can't do that due to working full time and living so far away. Its a shame that the office staff and procedures are so poor, considering how wonderful the therapists are.
