They offer so many services, I can't even remember half of them, but here are a few: -cryotherapy -IV infusion -body sculpting -dry float -compression sleeves I believe most of the services are $50, which isn't too bad. The IV infusion prices are higher. My friends tried the dry float and enjoyed it. I wanted to try the cryotherapy, but was hesitant since we were told the doors were slightly see-through, also it is full body and we have to wear a mask. They had a special at the time I stopped by: buy 2 services, get one free as a day pass for $99. Would I return? Possibly, I would like to try one of the services sometime.

She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt. It was as Tasha said "hurt so good". The range in movement after my appointment was more than I could of imagined. I think one other review griped about false medical claims. My view is that alternative therapy can always have an element of voodoo and it might not work for some. I've found it great personally but I don't believe for a second claims of elevated calorie burn etc. Give it a try. First two sessions are $60 or $30 a piece which is a great deal.
