While my mother looked for parking, my daughter and I went next door to get popcorn and nuts. My daughter did not see the no food or drink sign (she just started reading, so idk if she would have understood). When I saw her try to take a bite of the popcorn, I immediately reprimanded her and told her to put it away, as she was trying to close the bag shut, she accidentally spilled a handful on the floor. I was very upset and told her she was to pick each and every piece without leaving a trace. The lady that came down the stairs didn't even formally greet us. She basically asked, "What are you looking for? What is she doing?" And walked straight to my daughter. When she saw the few cornels left, she kicked us out of the store. Now, I have held many jobs where I have had to ask customers to follow the rules, and never once have I had to be rude to anyone while doing it. This lady simply flipped out hands in the air "thats food you need to leave right now! Leave it there just leave. " Of course, I did not leave it there. We finished picking up, no trace left. The lady didn't even know where to vacuum as she headed to where she had dropped them. No other words were uttered, just a face of disgust as she continued to vacuum in the general direction of where we had been. Whats sad is that they truly have some things I would have loved to purchase, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

She saw me and went into MAMA BEAR mode and helped me find a pair of comfy (flat) shoes to finish my day off with. This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered my sons Heirloom outfit for Easter ONE MONTH…read moreahead of time. According to their website if I ordered by a certain date it would arrive in time for Easter. I ordered by said date. They suggested I pay for extra postage for Heirloom shipping, which I did, and to expect 10 days for shipping. No problem or so I thought. Two weeks out from Easter I got nervous and I asked if it had shipped. They assured me they were shipping the following week and I would have the package in plenty of time for Easter. (OH! I need to add here you cannot get them on the phone and all was done via email). I emailed the next week and I was told the package was shipping out any day and I would have my package in time for Easter...again! I was also told that they ladies partner was hospitalized and she generally handled all this stuff....the blame for all of this repeatedly got thrown on this woman. Three days before Easter I emailed again and was told they were shipping express mail directly to me from the factory in Tennessee and the outfit would yet again arrive in time for Easter. I completely lost faith in this at this moment and started looking for alternative choices for my son to wear on Easter. Easter morning I still had not received said package. I emailed and stated I had in fact not received the outfit as promised several times by Easter. No reply. I emailed again the following Monday and was told that one of the seamstresses at the Tennessee factory had unexpectedly passed away and they got behind. THEN I was told that oh wait your order never did actually get processed. I find this awfully strange considering that I was charged promptly on my credit card for this purchase. She said they would refund me my money immediately. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received said refund. This was no measly purchase. This was a $130.00 purchase. I have emailed again and was told that her partner was discharged from the hospital and was now behind and now they are updating their system so the refund would just have to wait. WHAT???????????????????? This is unacceptable behavior for any business! I will yell it from the rooftops if it will prevent anyone else from purchasing anything from this company!!!!!!
