Workers very young and very rude, not helpful, don't even know the way around their own store. Don't recommend.

Up scale children's clothing store. Unique finds from premie to probably size 5 or 6 maybe - not sure. Feltman Bros is one of my favorite designers for newborn stuff and they carry that brand. Crisp, beautiful baby clothes and shoes. Friendly, helpful staff but evidently they were marking down some clothes and I asked and the clerk said the owner was but she was and said she would go back to ask her- she came back and said she still had to make a couple of calls about pricing so I just looked and found a couple of cute outfits for my twin grandsons but was not buying something for full price they were about to mark down. The owner should have just said if I was interested in something that she would do "something" but she didn't and instead lost the sale. I went in today for baby dress socks for month old boys. They only had some little crew socks made of cotton and I wanted something nicer. I was surprised they didn't have a nice assortment but they actually lacked in socks. They DO offer a military discount so we will continue to enjoy shopping here for special things. read more

Beautiful clothes! Wonderful staff!! They always have the best gifts and clothes from infant to big kid!

Went in with my mom to look at some clothes for my niece today... we were followed around by an employee who had a VERY close eye on us. She also followed us every time we went to a different part of the store. She wasn't even doing anything just pretending to look at the clothes right by us every time we moved. When we told her thank you and went to leave she literally said to have a great day and walked to the back. I was not here to steal anything. This was my first visit and I will not be back. read more

Called the store inquiring about merchandise and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me after answering one question, before I could finish asking the next. Been in the store once before and also had a negative experience. Not going back. read more

We drove up from Orange Beach while on vacation to visit this place. Very cute store, cute clothes but terrible customer service. Not even a hi or bye as we walked in or out. And you might think they were busy with other customers. Not the case, they had one customer, two workers. They need some customer service classes. read more

As an Aunt of many boys and girls, with multiple friends with babies through out the years, I have always purchased something for each and everyone of them with Tiny Town. As a Mother, Me and my Mother purchased multiple items for my Daughter, for many years with Tiny Town. Now as a Grand Mother, I have purchased items for my grand son, and with many gifts for my grandson from Tiny Town. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM. I took an item in to exchange that my grandson received as a gift with tags still on the item, and was told that they would not exchange it due to the fact it was last years item. Now mind you, we had just received the item of clothing maybe a few months prior to me taking the item in for an exchange....NOT A REFUND! I was treated like I had STOLEN the item of clothing. The young Girl that assisted me when I went in was also very RUDE and SNOBBY...If Tiny Town had been so kind to EXCHANGE the item I would have purchased other items while there...because we have several upcoming events and needed something for my grandson to wear..I will pass the word to my friends and family about this. The employees in this shop are very rude and you feel like you are being watched closely while browsing. I will not shop there again.

I have been in to shop there multiple times and I can't say that any of my trips have been pleasant. They have a few things going for them - location and super cute clothes. However, the staff leaves much to be desired. I wish I could say I am the only one that has experienced this, but at our dance class the other mother's had experienced the same thing??? There are plenty of other places to shop that appreciate your business so much more. read more
