This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered my sons Heirloom outfit for Easter ONE MONTH…read moreahead of time. According to their website if I ordered by a certain date it would arrive in time for Easter. I ordered by said date. They suggested I pay for extra postage for Heirloom shipping, which I did, and to expect 10 days for shipping. No problem or so I thought. Two weeks out from Easter I got nervous and I asked if it had shipped. They assured me they were shipping the following week and I would have the package in plenty of time for Easter. (OH! I need to add here you cannot get them on the phone and all was done via email). I emailed the next week and I was told the package was shipping out any day and I would have my package in time for Easter...again! I was also told that they ladies partner was hospitalized and she generally handled all this stuff....the blame for all of this repeatedly got thrown on this woman. Three days before Easter I emailed again and was told they were shipping express mail directly to me from the factory in Tennessee and the outfit would yet again arrive in time for Easter. I completely lost faith in this at this moment and started looking for alternative choices for my son to wear on Easter. Easter morning I still had not received said package. I emailed and stated I had in fact not received the outfit as promised several times by Easter. No reply. I emailed again the following Monday and was told that one of the seamstresses at the Tennessee factory had unexpectedly passed away and they got behind. THEN I was told that oh wait your order never did actually get processed. I find this awfully strange considering that I was charged promptly on my credit card for this purchase. She said they would refund me my money immediately. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received said refund. This was no measly purchase. This was a $130.00 purchase. I have emailed again and was told that her partner was discharged from the hospital and was now behind and now they are updating their system so the refund would just have to wait. WHAT???????????????????? This is unacceptable behavior for any business! I will yell it from the rooftops if it will prevent anyone else from purchasing anything from this company!!!!!!

I think the ladies tops were between $3 -$6 a piece, the prices are listed on all the clothing racks. I bought ten super nice tops, some placemats & a tablecloth, it came out to $45, not bad. This shop had so many cute dresses, from casual to formal, even wedding dresses. If you shop here, expect to spend some time going through racks, but that's the fun, it is a treasure hunt. There were some home goods, but most were covered with white sheets, I am not sure why, just ask the nice lady at the cash register.
