I messaged him twice and called him twice- no response whatsoever! Should be fired - I complained to Uber but they don't really care . Would have cost me hundreds of dollars if I missed my flight. They had the " balls " to charge me a cancellation fee - I didn't cancel - I flagged down a motorist and gave him $20 to bring me to the Island Airport. Terrible customer service . Avoid Corvin if you are in a hurry. Should change his license plate to No SHOW JOE !

After walking in a complete downpour to the subway which closed early at 11 PM, I found an honorable taxi driver that stopped in the driving rain who said he would take me for $80. He found the quickest route possible and I was able to get in my hotel room and DRY OFF in no time! He also was a very SAFE and cautious driver driving in bad weather conditions but leaving enough car lengths to the vehicles in front of him. Professional Service tonight that was MUCH MORE superior then Uber.

After realizing the error, I contacted both the recipient and management, hoping the funds would be returned. Despite multiple attempts and my bank confirming the transfer could only be reversed with the recipient's cooperation, I was unable to resolve the issue and was eventually blocked. I acknowledge that the mistake was mine, but I had hoped for honesty, integrity, and compassion in resolving an accidental transfer that had a real impact on my family. This experience left me disappointed and concerned about the professionalism I encountered. I hope Beck Taxi encourages its employees to handle situations like this with empathy and integrity.

I've used Ambassador Taxi Cab twice over the past year for bringing my groceries home. Both times…read morethe drivers (different drivers) drove very slowly and made up excuses to run up the fare on the meter. The first driver about six months ago told me he was driving slowly because there was snow on the side of the road yet the street we were driving down was cleanly plowed. Then he said I should have given him a tip and I told him that he gave himself a tip by driving so slowly. As he was getting back into the cab his parting words were "Now I know who you are!" delivered with a finger stabbing at me. I hailed a cab at the grocery store today and it turned out to be Ambassador again. The driver went very, very slowly. I suggested he could drive a bit faster and he started blathering away about there being traffic cameras everywhere (there aren't). He started making all sorts of excuses like explaining to me that he drove slowly past a pedestrian on the adjacent sidewalk for "human safety reasons". When we were just about to pull into my apartment building parking lot the driver stopped the cab to talk to a woman standing nearby minding her own business; she was as confused as I was angry! I told the driver to move it and he started shouting "I am not your servant!". Ambassador Express Taxi is a business to be avoided. The drivers do whatever they can to run the fare up as high as they can and then they shout at you if you complain; the drivers are scam artists. Stick with Beck or Co-op or some other professional taxi company. Avoid Ambassador Taxi whenever possible.
