I absolutely hated it there and they wouldn't give me and this girl nicknames and we had the same name. I always ignored them when they called my name because I knew it was her and when it was me I was embarrassed because I always ignored. They would shout my name multiple times and I never knew it was me. I felt like they liked the other child more than me and I was jealous and just minded my own business on what we were doing because everything was always about her and I expected that every time our name was called. I knew I was called until my last name was called or I got shouted at behind me. I don't like this place but I liked being in the front office place with the lady sitting next to her when I was last to be picked up. I have only one thing from there and I find it special even though I don't like this place. I would only go back and take a look to see my memories I made there. read more

For the most part, The teachers at this center seem to work hard and love the kids. The issue for me is the lack of consistency. As soon as the kids begin to connect to a teacher they are gone. I understand that people move on but I can't count the number of teachers who have left in the last few months and who in their right mind thinks it makes sense to pull a successful teacher out of a classroom and replace them with a brand new person? Even I know that kids need consistency and security. I understand that usually, staff turn over is beyond the center's controll. I bring my 3 year old to this daycare during the week. I would like to just praise the Preschool 2 class. My son is always welcomed with open arms and even held if he is upset when I leave. Miss Shon is an excellent teacher in that class. She loves what she does and is always in a good mood. I am very blessed that she is Riley's teacher. She tells me about his day and always makes me feel good when I leave. Riley can count and sing his abc's and is clearly learning more everyday. read more

The teachers at Kids n U are very responsive to my kids' needs. My youngest is in the infant room and they are very good at writing me notes when things need to be brought to my attention. My toddler LOVES her teachers and they never look like they don't want to be there which I commend them for. Toddlers are HARD lol. My pre-K boy has been to several schools and he is very happy here. This place is terrible my kids 3 girls 1 3 and 5 have been sick none stop my 3 year old has had lice twice which they lied and said it was under control my 1 year got hand foot and mouth disease I call and the ladie serenity told me they haven't seen that there for awhile but teacher informed me her daughter had caught it in same room a week prior I refused to pay them 220$ dollers they called my family work friends acting like loan sharks I have heard nothing but outrageous crap about this place I do understand that kids get sick but for 4 months straight I truly think it's has to do with there very young staff read more

My son has attended since he was an infant. He's a school ager now! His teachers are great and he has been well cared for. He loves all the activities, especially the field trips during the summer. He has made so many friends there and the teachers are very helpful. Kids 'N Us has been a part of our family for 8 years!!! read more

Worst child care my son has ever attended! My son has ADHD and they were not very accommodating to him at all! Teachers there were rude and not friendly at all one teacher in particular should not be working with children whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Sending my infant to this daycare was the worst mistake I ever made. Sure the place is %100 childproof and clean but ignoring crying infants was a horrible thing to watch. It seemed like they had them on a rotation schedule from them being in toys, swing, feeding, and changing. Never much one on one time that a baby really needs. So many crying babies and not enough help. When I would address issues to amanda she would brush them away and make up some excuse.....not something a parent wants to hear when you are paying someone crazy rates to watch your baby. I moved my child to a smaller daycare and this experience is the total opposite from what I experienced with kids n us. He never cries he gets the attention a baby needs. I just wish I would have switched sooner so my baby wouldn't have laid in a crib screaming and wanting love and attention. This place would be great for older children.....just not babies. read more

My 2 year old son has been attending Smokey Point Kids N Us for about a year now. He had never had a baby sitter or a child care provider before. When he first started attending, he was very hesitant and shy as that was in his nature around people he didn't know. In just a short time he grew very fond of the staff that looked after him and he really started to enjoy going everyday. I noticed a lot of growth in his personality as well as things he would learn at daycare and bring home with him. Songs, manners, and toddler academics. (counting, abc's, shapes, colors etc.) I was also very nervous with having my child attend a daycare. But after much research I chose Smokey Point Kids N Us and I am happy I did. The staff are all so nice and are so sweet with my son. He really cares about the staff as well as made some great friends too. I think it's amazing that I can log in at anytime and watch my son on the live video at anytime. I love the daily schedule they keep my son on and the many fun activities they are involved in. Another plus is the daily reports and photos you get. In the daily reports you are able to see what your child has eaten, nap times and how long, bathroom times and the activities they did throughout the day! It's a great place and I've recommended it to other people already! read more

I really do like this daycare a lot. They have a program where you can view your child any time via computer or smartphone. I like the fact that they seperate the kids by age and definitely have a curriculum set up for the day. They participate in group activities as well as independent play. I think it's very important that group activities are in play because of the cognitive skills that can be learned. I think that the staff members are pleasant . I am very comfortable leaving my one year old here and I havent found a better place to bring her, nor am I looking. read more
