There were a lot of different teachers changing every couple months and it seemed like every other month there was a new director. There weren't any big problems per se, just nothing that made me think wow, this daycare is great! I think 9 months ago or so they got a new director and assistant director and things have gotten a lot better. They do spirit weeks pretty often which my daughter loves and I think is so fun! They decorate a ton for the holidays and the teachers have been much more consistent. My kid loves her teachers and loves going to school. They're even doing a family event next week with lunch and activities. Overall I'm really impressed and hope they keep the same director and assistant director because they clearly really care about running a good facility. I can tell her teachers really care about her too because they tell me about cute things she did or said during the day and talk to me about her progress in areas. They've added a lot to the classrooms too like stations for the kids to do activities and charts to mark their progress in things through the day. It doesn't feel like just the place I have to drop my kid off while I go to work anymore, it feels like another family for my daughter.

My child has flourished at the school, coming out of her shell and feels so welcomed and loved at her school. Ms. Kymm, the school director is wonderful, kind, and clearly passionate about the school's program and every child. Ms. Kellie, the lead preschool teacher is a treasure and truly develops a bond with each child. I have loved that it's a smaller school, where the teachers are able to give more individualized attention to each child. They do a lot of fun activities and the curriculum seems very well planned out. I'm excited for my child to continue on to the PreK program, and have also enrolled my older child in the summer camp option.

This school has been a safe space for both my girls. My younger daughter is in the Pre-K class right now. My Husband and I go out of our way to drop our children at the little red school house. Ms. Elaine and Ms. Sophie in the Pre-K class upstairs are treasures and are kind and smart and amazing educators. Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Kellie in the downstairs Preschool classroom are kind and patient and all-around wonderful teachers. Ms. Kymm the Owner has a well-run school. I always felt like requests were addressed and there was good communication. The class sizes are also small. The Pre-K class has 12 children, and the Preschool class has 10. The school has cameras, which I appreciate very much because it made me feel better to see my babies while I was at work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this school. I had enrolled my younger Daughter at Country Dawn, and I do have a preference for Kids Way even although Country Dawn is closer to where I live. I had also enrolled my older daughter at a very reputable (and expensive) daycare in Eastlake area of Seattle. I still have preference, love, and high praise for Kids Way. The two-classroom space makes it more intimate, but the organization makes it seem like a bigger/well run school. I appreciate this so much and appreciate Kids Way for taking such good care of my children all these years.

These people are more than patient with him and welcomed him with open arms. The staff are great. They take safety very serious and I feel at ease when he is in their care. Update: Well unfortunately my little guy needed to find other arrangements, he bites sometimes and can be physical. I am not changing my review. I know safety is paramount in places like these and I really do think they tried hard to work with him.

They left my infant crying while they were just standing…read morefilling out paperwork and no other babies were needing care and he was just losing his mind with no one checking on him... they also gave him his very first solids knowingly without even asking or checking about food allergies, robbing me of that sentimental experience as a first time mom... they also accused him of later being "a mute" and made comments about autism without any licenses, education, or formal training to be able to do so or qualify them to diagnose him as such (he is thriving and his doctor and me have no concerns about this, he just didn't feel safe there I truly believe!!!), and let my child be bit over 3 times in one day and 10+ times in a week without even bothering to notify us as the parents... I sincerely regret trusting them with my child's care and beg you to avoid this place like the plague. My child did also report that one teacher hit him on the head which I believe did happen. Each time I reported any concern, I was ultimately given reassurance but nothing was every done except move my child to the next class which of course had its own set of new problems... when I ultimately took my child out because of safety concerns after he said he was hit by his teacher, and lost thousands of dollars because I didn't feel comfortable sending him there... the main supervisor (can't remember her name) didn't even bother calling me back when I reported what my son said about being hit by a teacher. She acted like I was inconveniencing her when I called to follow up about it, very very strange. I do regret not involving law enforcement. Horrendous experience!

I. Hate. Daycares…read more Hate them. They stink. They smell. The staff comes and goes. They are gross. I love this one. Miss Amelia is AMAZING with my child. She adores kids and it shows. And the assistants, whenever I drop Henry off, someone is always there to swoop him up and love on him. They do daily reports, they respond to my messages, they put up with me forgetting the door code. I have been around the block with child care, 5 total daycares. I promise that this one is a good one! They even get my son to eat!

He has so much fun and they have so many great activities for all kids. Another plus to this group is the they provide the children with a great education. It is a co-op so you need to understand what that means and be willing to help at the school and work in the classroom. We made many friends during our time at CCCP that we are still in touch with. The play based learning allows the kids to learn, while still being kids.
