The lady who works here is super sweet, but every time I make an appointment, my son is seen thirty minutes past the quoted time. I'm sorry, but if you waste your time answering the phones and actually taking down peoples names, at least do us the courtesy of asking walk ins if they have an appointment. I know the two people ahead of me (this time) did not. A simple solution is to just change your services to first come, first serve. We honestly won't be back. It's the third time in a row this has happened and I wish I could charge the owner for wasting my time. read more

First time we visited we waited 45 mins for a scheduled appointment. Second time we visited we didn't make an appointment waited 45 mins for them to just take this guy that walks right in with his kid before us. And they didn't have an appointment because she asked them. Do not waste your time!! read more

They are great with children and are just so patient. Love the cuts they do for our littlest one. They're reasonably priced and very kid friendly with a little play area for your tots. Perfect place in Delaware for a baby's first cut. We even got a cute certificate to accompany the first lock we cut. No appointment is necessary but they tend to be busiest on the weekend and evenings. Happy to of found this place. read more

Took my daughter her for her first hair cut. Will never go here again. This place is horrible. First it's super dirty. People's hair clippings in a huge pile in the corner. Then the worst part was the woman that was cutting my daughters hair was so high that she was nodding off while cutting my daughters hair. I wasn't the only parent that notice it. Then when I went to tell the manager, she said that I could tell her to stop the hair cut and the manager would finish it. First of all, as the manager she should tell her employee to stop the haircut. Then to top it off I still got charged for this horrible experience! Disgusting. read more

Every time I come its such a long wait. I am usually understand since it's just the one woman. This time I got very upset my boys and I came in today had a little bit of a wait while two boys finished up. After about 15 a group of 3 young boys came in climbing all over and dad walked to the back and spoke to the woman and she did them before my boys and then told me she had appointment. I could understand if they had appointments but knowing someone shouldn't make you go before people waiting. She even said yeah I know them then I have appointments! Won't be back read more

The people who work here are not just amazing. They are Angels among us. My almost 2 year old becomes an angry hellion when we get his hair cut. He refuses to cooperate or sit still. How do they work with uncooperative children all day and still be so patient and nice? I cannot day enough wonderful things about this place. read more

We've been here many times and most of the time my kid looks great when we leave. Our stylist today was Nicole and she was awesome! Even though we were here right before close she took her time and made my kid look great. We'll definitely be back to see her! read more

My husband and I brought our 1 year old daughter here for her first haircut. Her hair was growing out curly & a little wild. They worked quickly but did a great job and were so patient since she was wailing! They also give you a lock of the baby's hair and certificate for his/her first haircut which was so cute. They get busy...we got there a few minutes after 9:30 on a Saturday and there were several others waiting but it was a short wait and there is also a little play area with toys to keep kids entertained while they are waiting. There were two women cutting the older kids' hair and one in the back with the younger kids. All err very nice & friendly with both the kids & their parents. We'll definitely be back! read more

NEVER AGAIN! This is the most inconsistent place I've ever been to. Each time I bring my son, there are different stylists (if you can call them that). The first time we came, he got a good cut but that woman is long gone. We've been back several times hoping to get another good cut but it has not since happened. Today we arrived just before they were supposed to open at 9:30 (Saturday). A line was forming outside but inside was dark until 9:45. The hair stylists walked up with lattes in hand 15 minutes late with no apology or acknowledgement of keeping us all waiting. Shannon (I think was her name) looked at the picture I brought to imitate, then went on to do a totally different cut that was way too short. She didn't even say hello or talk to my son. She constantly sprayed water in his face and got hair clippings in his eyes. She didn't apologize for giving the wrong cut and didn't even thank me when I gave a big tip despite the issues. Its a shame there aren't any competitors in the area because they can just keep on giving poor haircuts with poor service. read more

This was the 2nd time I have brought my son into this salon and got his hair totally messed up, a year ago by Adrian and Wednesday by Angel. I was scared to return but was unable to find another salon that catered to kids, so I figured I would give it another shot. Well, I can at least say Adrian was sociable and pleasant, the stylist Angel didn't try at all to make my child feel comfortable while getting his hair cut and insisted on telling me how she thought his hair would look best. When I told her I didn't want it like that and how I wanted it, she ignored me and did what she wanted. After talking to my neighbor and venting about the situation she to had an experience with this stylist. She had completely messed up her daughters hair last month, making one side of her hair a noticeable amount shorter than the other. She said, she couldn't hold her head up, was slurring her words, an while she was cutting she believed she saw marks on her arm. I guess this is why no one can get a decent haircut at Kids Kuts, they either can't comprehend what your saying to them or they don't care. Get some skilled stylist that like their job and want to work with kids so it can be an enjoyable experience that ends in a great haircut and a smile. read more

I wanted to like this place because its kid friendly. The stylist wasn't friendly and barely said two words and she worked on both of my kids heads. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there. My sons haircut turned out ok however my daughters haircut was a complete mess. She cut her hair two short and in attempt to cover it up made the top part longer. Needless to say I couldn't pull up her hair anymore. I asked for bangs but she can't wear her hair down because she missed sections of hair where they would be bangs. I've decided to just grow my daughters hair out and start over again. I also noticed the place itself was dirty including the toys they have laying around. The seats were torn with tape put over them. My one child got sick soon after this visit. We wont be coming back. Waste of money for a crappy job. I gave two stars just because my sons cut was okay. Otherwise everything else was a mess. read more
