This location used to be the Shoe City store that I had been visiting my entire life. Now, it has…read moretransformed into a mini entertainment center featuring an arcade, bumper cars, and a skating rink. The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

It's nice inside & always clean but most of the toys for the 6m-18m old don't work. The toys are…read morebroken or don't have batteries. Another thing I'd suggest is changing up the music a bit. A lot of the time it's slow Armenian music playing, and while there's nothing wrong with that, more kid-friendly music like Kidz Bop or upbeat playground songs would make the environment feel more fun and energetic for all families and kids.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents considering hosting a party at this Playground should…read morebe aware of my experience. Planning my toddler's birthday with them was unnecessarily stressful because communication was consistently poor. Calls and texts often went unanswered for over a week, and because they do not offer face-to-face meetings, there was no reliable way to resolve questions. When I voiced concern, I was told my event was still months away and I was "not a priority," which was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel dismissed as a customer. Unfortunately, the problems continued with the event itself. I was promised three party helpers for an event with 80 guests, including many children, but only two were provided, which was inadequate support. While I have payed for their highest full party package they did not have a lighter to light the birthday candles. They also told me that I have to bring my own ice for beverages. I had also specifically requested a fairy character, and only a few days before the party I was informed the fairy was unavailable. Even more concerning, I was told I had never requested one in the first place. I had to provide screenshots proving I had made that request. Had I not kept documentation, my concern would have simply been denied. The most disappointing part was the pattern of poor communication, defensiveness, and failure to honor what was promised. After sharing my experience, several friends told me they had gone through similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. We used to come here regularly for open play, but after this experience, neither my friends nor I have returned. The facility may be enjoyable for children, but based on customer service and event coordination alone, I would not recommend booking a party here.

This is a long-overdue review. I normally never write negative reviews because I understand that…read moreevery business has its challenges, but I genuinely feel like this place needs a wake-up call. I've been here twice for birthday parties, and both times I've noticed how stressed and overwhelmed the parents hosting the parties were. For a place that caters specifically to children, I find it unacceptable that there is only one employee managing everything. The employee is very young and, most of the time, nowhere to be found. There is absolutely no supervision or attention being given to what's happening in the playground. One of my biggest concerns is the tiny beads scattered throughout the play area. Kids are constantly throwing them at each other's faces, and there is no staff member around to stop them or explain that this behavior isn't allowed. Of course, I understand that parents are responsible for watching their own children and teaching them what is and isn't acceptable behavior. However, when you're operating a children's play facility, your employees also have a responsibility to supervise the play area, enforce safety rules, and step in when necessary. It shouldn't fall entirely on the parents, especially during a birthday celebration. Another major concern is how dirty the place is. For a facility where young children are constantly playing, crawling, and touching everything, cleanliness should be taken much more seriously. The lack of cleanliness, combined with the complete absence of supervision, makes the overall experience even more disappointing. Parents should be able to enjoy their child's birthday party instead of feeling overwhelmed and having to manage everything themselves. I truly hope the owners take this feedback seriously. When you're running a business centered around children, safety, cleanliness, supervision, and adequate staffing should be your number one priorities. It's disappointing because this place has potential, but some major changes need to be made.
