We were quickly arranged an appointment after the intake process. Jennifer pinpointed the issue on our first visit and gave practical suggestions, showing a lot of sympathy and professionalism. She listened to our questions and concerns patiently and responded thoroughly, so we learned a lot from her. We cannot thank her enough for her help. Tip: A video visit is possible if the baby's schedule doesn't work out; we used this option for one of our follow-up appointments! As for the clinic, the intake process is well-organized. My son, who completely refused to talk at the age of 2 years and 10 months, started to repeat words after just few sessions with Sveta. His words were not very clear at first, but with Sveta he was willing to try and to repeat. The pronunciation became increasingly better with every week, and his word count started to grow as well. Moreover, my son had attention span of about 2 minutes, tops, when we started our lessons with Sveta. In a couple of months' worth of sessions Sveta was able to retain his attention from 2 minutes to one full hour! It made a huge difference in his behavior as well as his speech progress. Sveta also teaches my son not only how to say something properly, she also helps him with his overall development. She started with teaching shapes, colors, fruits, animals, all the things he would need to know at his age. Then she continued with count, numbers and professions, etc. Then she introduced reading and repeating in our own words Russian fairy tales. Not an easy concept for my 3 year old, but he is sticking with it and trying to do just that. No matter what challenging task she introduces to my son, she makes it exciting, and my son is willing to try it with her. My son absolutely LOVES her lessons. Believe me, it is true. When he realizes that we are going home, then he always grabs Sveta's hand and asks me to take her home with us. It is so adorable!
