They've got the…read moregamut covered, from baby gear for infants (diaper bags, super soft burp cloths, strollers, personalized pacifiers, etc), to cute clothes and shoes, to fun toys that you can't find anywhere else in town. It's a boutique, which means that many of the items that Jellybeans carries are on the higher end of the spending spectrum. But again, this is where you go to get something special for the little people in your life. You'll get an excellent customer service experience as well, as the staff has always been very helpful and friendly when I've been in. My last visit was to pick up a gift for my son's seventh birthday. I got him a spooner board, which is basically a cross between a surf board and a skateboard (with no wheels). It's kind of big and weirdly shaped, but when I mentioned that it was for a gift, the gal at the register offered to put a big bow on it. The bow meant that I didn't have to attempt wrapping the thing, and my son thought it was cool that there was a little bag of jellybeans on the bow. The Spooner Board was a huge hit - you should definitely check it out if you have an adventurous kiddo. Overall, you can count on Jellybeans for adorable clothes, interesting toys, and the latest in baby couture. The store also connects to STAXX, a women's clothing boutique next door that is owned by the same person.

In my excitement to order the perfect outfit, I accidentally purchased it twice. Valery called me that evening personally to ask if I really had meant to order it twice and to confirm that the sizing was correct. She was so very sweet, and she and her husband T.J worked with us to ensure that the extra purchase was refunded back as quickly as possible. Valery also told me that she had the item on discount in the store, but due to website issues the discount was not being added to my purchase - so she refunded that as well! I can not say enough about how amazing, and personalized their customer service was/is. The outfit was shipped quickly and was packed with such care. My only complaint is that I don't live nearby to shop in the store often - but again, that's my fault. But I will frequently check the website and happily purchase from them again!

On 9/10/12, I had still not heard back from the company so I attempted to call again during business hours. Again, there was no answer and I was forced to leave another voicemail. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At first, I thought that this company may just have poor customer service, but I am beginning to think that it is not even a legitimate business. I finally got in touch with her (happened to answer the phone when I called from another number), she apologized and we decided to go ahead and credit the account at this point and send me a receipt of credit to confirm. It has now been over two weeks with no credit to my account, no receipt, & I cannot get a return call or email. It's been over a month with no bedding and no money back. Pretty bad business.
