extremely terrible experience and unprofessionalism with my daughter having a late night emergency…read more office closes at 10pm on the night of my experience. before arriving i called at 9pm to make sure bringing my daughter in that late was recommended. after getting a yes answer, i arrived at 9:18pm. im in the military and have tricare insurance. the front desk lady stated my daughter was not on my insurance and sat on the phone with someone until 9:45pm wasting 30 mins to then explain i then would have to come out of pocket or show proof that my daughter is insured online. while logging online to show proff, the front desk lady mentions many times they are closing at 10pm. after showing the front desk lady my daughter is insured online, she then asked me for more proff beyond the insurance card for my daughter. also explaining i would still need to come out of pocket with the proff. while asking for more proff the lady also kept pushing me to go the hospital. the doctor also has walked out multiple times since i arrived, giving zero assistance or greetings to my daughter or i. my daughter and i were the only people waiting in the urgent care. my daughter was unfortunately not seen and we were ultimately kicked out the urgent care exactly at 10pm. my daughter had an emergency and as we waited for assistance the front desk lady seemed to purposely waste and delay time for about since i arrived until 10pm. if you are having any emergency at night this place will "not" assist you as needed. lastly the lack of care and assistance that was given was extremely unprofessional and has no room in the medical field especially with kids. picture added is the front desk lady who should never be allowed to work in a medical office after my experience. also im sure the doctor was well aware and was more then likely okay with the frpnt desk lady purposely wasting time until we were not able to be seen even after showing proff that my daughter has tricare insurance. after walking out the door, it was very clear of there purpose to not treat my daughter, due to seeing multiple people quickly grab there purses and car keys to leave the office. i dont recommend this urgnet at night and dont recommend the fromt desk lady be given the opportunity to treat others as such.

Absolute joke of a pediatric emergency room…read more We walked in with my son's hand completely covered in blood--he needed stitches--and there was ZERO sense of urgency. From the initial check-in, to the nurse, to finally seeing the doctor almost an hour later... no one moved with any urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile, staff were casually talking about who was going to lunch--as if nothing was happening--while my child was there bleeding. And the worst part? We were there for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS just to get four stitches. This isn't the first time either. The lack of care, the slow response, the complete disregard for patients--it's becoming a pattern at this hospital. Unacceptable.

The hospital is extremely clean and well maintained, and access is very easy, which helps a lot in stressful moments. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, including a couch for any family member who needs or wants to stay. Overall, the staff is very people-oriented and supportive, which made a real difference for both the patient and our family. They specialize in maternity and intensive care. They have a very well equipped team to deliver attention and care, just wish they could also offer cancer treatment in this center.
